I have had terrible customer service from toxic fox, my order went 'missing in the post' yet I had no confirmation to say it had been posted I was told on one occasion it hadn't been dispatched as yet then to be told two days later it had been lost. I have had to chase them several times with no reply, they have not been helpful in the slightest and I will not be using the company again

I placed an order, they have taken my money but I still have not received a receipt or confirmation! I have called the inadequate customer services team who have advised they will rectify this has still not been done 3 days later! This is the worst company ever and I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Their customer service skills are appalling! Never again!

Ordered a canvas bag I wanted it to have brown hair so it looked like my daughter but when it came the hair is a purple colour, after contacting them 3 times and sending photos of it I haven't heard a thing back , won't be ordering anything else from this website again. Poor customer service.

Made my purchase through quidco,cashback was refused with no explanation but to be honest the clairabella bags were not what I expected, they aren't detailed enough to actually look like anyone and the quality of the bag is poor for the price. Never again.

I wish I had read reviews first. Customer service is appalling to deal with. I put in an order for my daughter's xmas last night. I would never spend so much on a bag so wanted it to be the perfect gift. You have to choose about 6 things to personalise it, I left out skin tone. I phoned at 9am before my order could possibly be processed so I could amend. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes then it just kept ringing out. Phoned again. Nothing. Got lots of email replies to be told there was absolutely nothing they could do. Most companies would try & help out a paying customer, considering the circumstance. Very disappointed at the poor customer service. Would definitely not recommend his company.

Delivery date given was 23rd November, it is now 28th November, gift ordered was for my wife's 60th Birthday which is tomorrow 29th, gift to late for birthday, I have tried many times by mail and phone customer service sorry about my English but it is crap, wish I had read reviews before placing order, will not use this company again.

Paid 25 pounds for a phone case and was sent the wrong phone case with total wrong design. Willing to take your money but not willing to rectify their mistakes. 25 pounds down and have a phone case I cannot use. Thanks for nothing Claireabella!!! Apparently the person running your facebook page has nothing to do with toxic fox? Yeah ok. Wish I'd of read the most recent reviews before you took my money. I've included photos of the order and item received.

I put an order in and I am beyond not impressed I was told shipping was $4 then charged $30 on top of that I typed in my daughters names and then all of a sudden it was not put through the way I had typed it and I contacted them the next day before the next business day as I ordered on a weekend and now are arguing saying I can not cancel my order when I did not agree to $30 shipping as well my writing on my item was not what I agreed upon as well Really really not impressed especially being over charged what I was told shipping was

Please be aware this company has extremely poor customer service. I put order through for personalised item and the system had missed it off, I contacted them straight away, then they emailed me back 3 days later saying too late. I called them and they still didn't resolve it. For very expensive items you would expect good customer service but no, they just want to take your money, never again.

I ordered my large suitcase £159.99 in late July with expected delivery early August for my holiday early September. Upon first use the front of the inner cover of the suitcase has come away. I emailed the customer services team to be told the suitcase manufacturer said this is normal so the customised bits can be placed inside. I appreciate this but still feel this should be sealed shut as I have not bought a suitcase to put it back together myself. I may as well take the front material of the suitcase off and have the bare front of the case visible inside as its not secure. To make matters worse I have did as instructed but the front of my case continually pops back our. Which in my eyes for a case this expensive is not acceptable. I provided photographic evidence to be told id have to pay for a return to have an inspection on the case. Considering I paid so much for the case and delivery and the unacceptable quality that I've received I would not recommend. I feel I have just wasted my money on a product which is not fit for purpose and that their customer services department have refused to take ownership for or provide a satisfactory resolution. What a waste of money. My sister was due to buy a second case but has been put off by the whole experience. I have bought better quality suitcases from primark and TJ Hughes and this case wasn't wven 30 days old when first used and encountered the issue. If I was anyone I would save myself the money and hassle of speaking to their customer service department and buy a suitcase elsewhere. Very unsatisfied customer. Louise

Received my order- broken into 4 pieces. Advised they would send another and it be sent quicker as it was for a birthday present. Still waiting for a replacement. Contacted customer services there only reply was a tracking reference that shows it has not been dispatched!

I would give this a 0 star if I could! What a shambles this company is! I placed an order last Sunday and was told 10 working days for delivery! And I go on holiday next Tuesday! Never received a confirmation email about the order so I was chasing that for about a week to check that they had received the order only to be ignored! Finally after a week I got a reply to say It won't be here on time and will arrive after I go away! Great! And only then to be told to pay an extra 5 pounds for it to be deliverd faster! So I decided just to cancel it and look for another! But then I was told I cannot cancel this order!!even tho It hasn't even been dispatched yet the order was completely forgotten about untill I emailed them in the first place! Save your money and don't order by the looks of things it isn't worth the money or the hassle! By law you have a 14 day cancellation right! From reading the other reviews it falls to bits and isn't worth what it's priced at! Also very rude and condersending customer service. Do not order from here.

I ordered 10 mugs. 40% of my order came smashed due to insufficient packaging. I emailed my complaint to give toxic fox time to redeem themselves. 4 emails, a message on the answermachine and 6 weeks later I am still awaiting a reply let alone an apology or solution. Very unprofessional which is a shame as the mugs were a perfect gift for my colleagues.

Terrible service, I paid for next day delivery but I never recived my items! Customer services was no help at all, I will never reccomend this website again! Spoilt my Mother's Day!

Young friend ordered present to be sent to her mum for Mother's Day as she could not be with her, it did not arrive and has still not arrived two days later, my friend is so upset. Don't count on this company they will only let you down. Christine

Hi Teresa Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry but as this order was placed at 4.49pm it was after the cut off time for next working day delivery so would naturally be shipped the next day. I hope you can appreciate that as a business for a next day service there has to be cut off times and these are fully explained in our Terms and Conditions. Ordered a personalised phone case for Christmas on 9th December and was told it would be here no later than 21st. Waited until the 22nd before emailing incase it was a day late I've had 1 reply in 7 days and no information. Just they are 'looking into this'. Absolute joke. This present was meant for a friend coming down from another country who now didn't have a present from me on Christmas and has gone home now.

**DO NOT BUY** Recently purchased a Clairabella diary, tried to track order via the link sent on email, each Time I would log on to the track item link I was given the same message , that my order has gone through and was been processed. I then recieved the item, which quite frankly could have gotten better quailty from the pound shop, for th amount of money they charge from the item I expected better quality. I used this company with the understanding the company was good, reliable and good quality, how wrong somebody can be. To top this awful experience with this company, I wrote a email to the company, to which, 3 days later I am still waiting to be acknowledged. Horrendous company wouldn't waste time or money!!!!

Do not buy from them- they change the alphabet letters according to their font and it does not reflect what you type into the actual name box. Then their ridiculous customer service team does not know what the term 'factually' means and they confuse it with opinion. Poor customer service , entering into argument on the phone and products that do not accord with what you actually order. The item is faulty and not as described and in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, a refund needs to be offered. Absolutely ridiculous company. Adeera Tw5

Thank you for the feedback Dijot and I have passed this onto our webteam to make sure that a copy of the font used on the Satchels is on our website. The font we use on our Satchels was designed by Claire Barrett, founder of Claireabella, to be used and unique to a number of her products. It is not unusual for certain style of fonts, especially caligraphy style fonts, to have what some would see as unusual. The font used on our Satchels does have backward "G"'s and the it is not unusual for lower case letters be used as the capital as well. There are plenty of examples on the internet if you do a quick google search.
