Wish I had read these reviews before ordering items for my daughter for Christmas. I placed my order in the middle of November as someone had told me the delivery was slow. Surprisingly both items arrived within 10 days. However, out of the two items, one was as expected and typically the thing she actually wanted was completely wrong. I sent an email explaining what had happened and initially all seemed well and looked like everything would be rectified quickly. But after several emails throughout December I haven't heard anything and sure enough my daughters present didn't arrive for Christmas day. It is now the 31st December (6 weeks on from the initially order) and still the item hasn't arrived and no refund has been made. I would definitely not order from this website again and I wouldn't recommend it.

I don’t want to give a star! I placed an order on the 10th December and was guaranteed Christmas delivery, however it has still not arrived! I emailed on the 24th and again on the 30th December and have had no response to either email! I have tried tracking the delivery but it just states despatched, disgusting & unacceptable customer service to not even reply! My daughter is still waiting for one of her Christmas presents five days after Christmas, with no idea when or if it’ll be received. Will never order from here again!

I did not want to give a star !! PayPal dispute opened ordered a phone case stated would be here for 18th dec .Nope emailed them told me it had been dispatched on the 20th guaranteed xmas delivery!!! Surprise surprise nothing This company is absolutely rubbish never again ... If you cant meet public demand take on more staff you charge enough for products 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordered gifts for my nieces one bag came as I ordered it...however the second came which was completely wrong, the only thing correct was her name! Image looks nothing like her..different hair colour, eye colour and outfit complete opposite of what I generated when ordering. Many emails sent, some response but nothing now since the 18th...I’m furious that one niece won’t have her Christmas gift from me and was just hoping to get this resolved ASAP.

Sizes are all wrong ,non existent customer service, poor quality products as others have mentioned,save your money as using this company you may aswell just give money away.

I have emailed toxic fox 3 times now about an order I have ordered over a month ago !! They have also got the incorrect delivery address! I would like a reply from someone ASAP as this is a Christmas present and needs resolved! Very poor communication from toxic fox!

Very poor service from Toxicfox Very poor service from Toxicfox! Their response to complaints was very dismissive! So much for the customer is always right! The product I ordered for my son was ridiculous because of issues with personalisation which they have now resolved on their website but I’m still left with a stupid item that does not make sense! Poor show!

I have ordered two pairs of kids pyjamas and they should have been delivered on the 6th November. Twice Georgia has told me they are still in production when I asked why they have been delayed I received no response..if I don't receive them in 2 days I will contact PayPal for a full refund and will then contact trading standards

I was a little worried about ordering from here after reading some of the reviews but I did and boy am I happy! Arrived within a week and fabulous quality towel. I will be ordering more!

Ordered a jute bag for my holiday on 19th sept 2019... they promised i wud receive it for that date but i didnt ...the delivery driver took a pic of my house an send the parcel bk without leaving a card to say they had been. I contacted toxicfox to be told they have received the parcel bk an they wud resend it out... i gave them my daughters address so its guaranteed sumone is definitely in to sign for it. They emailed said it wud be delivered monday 7th Oct 2019... no delivery. I emailed again repeatedly after 4 days to be told they had received the parcel bk again. The delivery obviously hadnt tried to deliver it as my daughter was in waiting for it. Ive requested my money bk 3 times to be told ... no refunds as its bespoke made. They now want another address to send it too. CLAIRABELLA WOT R U PLAYING AT... deliver the parcel an refund me at the same time. Ive had enuff messing an waiting about. U need a phone line or a faster respond service. I want my money bk. Sort it out 😡😡.

Ordered the wrong item and messaged them within 10 minutes asking to cancel and give me a full refund. Received a reply after a few days saying they couldn't change my order but I could get a refund?? I then replied stating again that a refund would be fine only to be messaged back after about a week saying my order has been made and no refund would be given. Horrible company to deal with never again

Placed order and payment taken on 2/8/19 10/9/19 still no delivery no two emails have corresponding dispatch dates and although they said an del attempt I have no card and can not arrange a re delivery as post office don’t actually have it keep fobbing me off and now want a refund surprise no response

I received a damaged bag emailed on the day I received it sent it along with two pictures a guy called Marvin responsed and asked would I like a new one made up I replied and said yes I would has the bag was a gift and couldn't give it with black ink or paint on the back of the bag. It as been a week on and have not had no more communication from anyone have sent a few emails and filled in a online form. I now have a damaged bag don't know if I'm going to get a new one or not. Your customers service is not good at all even thou the products are lovely. I get plenty of emails regarding promotions and new items but what about replying to my emails about my damaged bag very disappointed in the customer service

PayPal dispute now raised! If only I read the reviews beforehand... this is possibly the worst customer service I have ever received!!!! I can’t believe a company can get away with lying to customers over and over again.... can’t even give this company a 1 star, wouldn’t be that generous!

Ordered a Jute bag for holiday (which is in 3 days) over a month ago!! Was initially told that the bag would be dispatched over a week ago but I have still heard nothing. Have emailed again but no response. Very disappointed.
