“I ordered an item that came with a little error, I emailed and was replied to quickly and I was sent a replacement item straight away. I have received the item and is exactly how it should be. Delivery took no time at all on both items. I also ordered the item with a 20% discount offer which I thought was really good. All in all a good experience, great customer service and definitely would order again.”

“I ordered personalized jute bags for my daughters wedding. Unfortunately, I ordered a bit late and was worried about not receiving them in time. After reaching out to the customer support team, they reached out to the artists and will expedite my bags for me to receive in time for the wedding. This is my fourth order of these fabulous bags and I cannot put into words how eternally grateful I am that this company is going above and beyond to make sure I receive my order in time for my daughters big day. I know the time and effort put into making each gorgeous bag and I truly appreciate you making this happen. The customer service team has gone above and beyond and I would like to specifically thank Petroulas Konstantinos for the kind and supportive emails. Employees such as this is why I will keep coming back to order products from this company.”

“I ordered a personalised phone case which came in record time I was a little surprised that it wasn't sparkly as it looked online but none the less I was still pleased with the purchase unfortunately it was faulty and wouldn't fit on the phone I emailed and had a speedy response within the hour the problem was promptly sorted and I'm now awaiting a replacement I couldn't be happier so far with the customer service I've received.”

“I received a bag and was not happy with the colour of the skin used. I immediately contacted toxic fox who have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. The bag has been repainted three times and each time they have provided me with an image and asked for my feedback. Nothing has been too much trouble and I give great thanks to the painting team and Konstantinos Petroulas who has been incredible.”

“Still waiting for order from 1st Dec, lied to several times, saying 2 to 3 days, then 24 hours, then Guaranteed for Xmas, just be truthful, emailed several times since Xmas and just no reply. You shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. Will never use you again, you don't deserve customers.”

“Shocking service, ordered 7/12/19 and did not arrive. Sent multiple emails and took forever to respond when they did it was the same rubbish stock reply. When finally got someone to check where my order (after 20 emails and facebook chat) was they said it was lost and I could have a replacement but would have to wait 2-3 weeks until the item came into stock. Do not recommend this company”
