“I previously ordered 2 Clairabella Bags and was delighted with them - one for me and one for a friend. Thy have lasted well and I have also just ordered my third which I am awaiting delivery on. I also ordered a make up bag and have just received it and to say I am disappointed is an understatement - £15 and the quality is terrible. The make up bag itself is tiny and I doubt I will fit much in it. It is made from very cheap, thin material and is not very sturdy at all. I would not buy this product again.”

“Ordered a personalised phone case for Christmas on 9th December and was told it would be here no later than 21st. Waited until the 22nd before emailing incase it was a day late I've had 1 reply in 7 days and no information. Just they are 'looking into this'. Absolute joke. This present was meant for a friend coming down from another country who now didn't have a present from me on Christmas and has gone home now.”

“**DO NOT BUY** Recently purchased a Clairabella diary, tried to track order via the link sent on email, each Time I would log on to the track item link I was given the same message , that my order has gone through and was been processed. I then recieved the item, which quite frankly could have gotten better quailty from the pound shop, for th amount of money they charge from the item I expected better quality. I used this company with the understanding the company was good, reliable and good quality, how wrong somebody can be. To top this awful experience with this company, I wrote a email to the company, to which, 3 days later I am still waiting to be acknowledged. Horrendous company wouldn't waste time or money!!!!”

“I purchased the suitcase recently for my daughter's Christmas and although I personally find the product massively over-priced, on first appearance it does appear to be quite a solid and well constructed suitcase. It looks very professional and I am sure my daughter will love it tremendously. I do have one massive gripe though and it relates to the shrink wrapped plastic on the back of the suitcase. Two things: one - there is no indication anywhere that this thin plastic layer comes off as I thought it was scratched at first and it was only following a call to Toxic that they said that plastic needs to be peeled off. (A sticker on the back of all future products may offer some help in this manner). Two - removing the plastic shrink wrap from the suitcase was a nightmare and did not easily come off (as told by Toxic customer services agent) and involved me spending about 1 hr picking away at all the plastic to get it off. This is a major packaging design flaw in my opinion which I think will infuriate a lot of new customers on receiving the product. But overall a good product - just need the packaging issue revised. “My package came much quicker than I expected, a good two weeks quicker than the webpage had estimated, which is brilliant. It was packaged well and Arrived safe and protected. My item itself was exactly as I had requested, I was over the moon. Very happy with the service.”
