Several weeks ago, my wife and I purchased a new Toyota vehicle. When we BOTH downloaded the app and tried to take advantage of all it has to offer, we were told they only ONE person can get the benefits. THAT IS PATHETIC. To add insult to injury, after 3 months you have to pay a monthly fee, to have all the benefits. After spending $50,000+ on a new vehicle, this fee is a joke. Our family purchased another vehicle. This time we bought a FORD product, seeing how cheap Toyota is. The Ford app is free for life. Toyota, there is a lesson here. Stop being so greedy!!

My 2018 Highlander was fine until 80,000 miles, then the repairs started. I have an extended warranty so no out of pocket expense. Problem one of the repairs I waited almost 4 months for a part,and I am not the only one. When reaching out to Toyota I realized they are going IA, all their employees are programed and cannot thing out of the box. In a but shell,The Service Stinks. This is not the Toyota if the past. Not in quality of customer service.

in 2012 I purchased a Toyota RAV4 with the factory applied blizzard pearl paint. Toyota issued a customer service program because the paint would periodically bubble and chip off. This occurred on my vehicle in 2021 and they repaired it. It is now occurring again on my vehicle in a different place and they tell me that their customer service program has ended and I am on my own for fixing the issue. It is frustrating as a loyal customer who has driven Toyota vehicles for more than 20 years to be told that even though the issue was caused by Toyota they will not fix it because of some arbitrary date. It is not under my control when the paint chips and bubbles. Setting an arbitrary date is very unfair and not reflective of the high-quality of customer service that they say they provide. Very disappointed.

Wonderful trucks but the paint sucks! Toyota doesn't care. Refuse to do anything claims out of warranty. No where else on the truck has a paint issue but the rear window. They advised fix it yourself.
