5 stars from me. I have used your service on 3 separate occasions so far and the parcels arrive on time with no hitch. The recipient even gets an email as the parcel is collected to say it’s on the way. Great service. Thank you

I submitted my order for a package to France in the morning, a courier picked it up mid afternoon and by the evening tracking showed it was on its way to France. Very efficient so far. Next morning though the tracking showed it had arrived in Germany! I contacted Transglobal who were very helpful and checked with the courier, then assured me it was not lost but would be delivered the following day. Thankfully it was. The delay was not Transglobal’s fault and their customer service department was excellent - they answered the phone straight away and were really helpful - so 5 stars from me!

Order Details: TP-3926124 Small parcel sent to Australia on 31st October containing gifts for grandson’s birthday. Service quoted 6 to 9 days but took 24 days and missed his birthday. Very disappointed. Have used your service for several years without a problem so very surprised with poor service this time. Contacted your customer service who didn’t provide any explanation other than to advise of delay and to keep checking online tracking.

The website gives a good range of carriers and prices. The paperwork arrives promptly. I generally use them for shipping from the UK to US and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Clear instructions on what to do. Pick up of parcel on time. Being able to track the parcel. Overall a good experience, would recommend them. Parcels arrived in good condition. The price is competitive except as i cannot use their free drop off you have to include pick up charge. I will still use them in the future. Office enquiries very good.

I used Transglobal Express to ship two boxes of personal belongings to my new home in the US. The price was good and service at the UK end was great, with very helpful staff. The boxes were also delivered very quickly (two days from door to door). Unfortunately, one of the boxes (provided by Transglobal Express themselves) was ripped badly when it arrived. And despite a liberal amount of bubble wrap, thick tape and towels for extra protection, several paintings inside both boxes had their glass shattered. An ornament was also broken into several pieces. The boxes were bashed, split and generally looked as if they had been thrown around. This could, of course, have happened entirely at the US end while being delivered. But it's worth pointing out to anyone thinking of shipping personal belongings.

As a mail order company where we despatch many orders overseas, we always use Transglobal Express, for several reasons. It is very quick and easy to get a quote on their site and to arrange a pickup or delivery. If we have a query, you can always get a reply straight away when you ring and the advisors are very helpful, friendly and obliging. We will continue to use Translgobal Express for many more years to come. Thanks.

Service at the UK end is very good, fast pick up, staff are helpful and courteous, good website. We were let down badly once at the Hongkong end by Royale in Kowloon bay who delayed delivery for 2 days and we had to send someone to pick up the parceat their depot in the end. Not good at all.

Horrendous service we still haven’t received our package that they claimed had been delivered and did zero to help resolve the situation I’m shocked any company wants to use them to transport their customer orders

1. I struggled a bit with the paperwork, but the reasonable cost of posting to the US made it worthwhile. 2. My parcel was conveniently collected from my home. Excellent. 4. The TSGX website was clear and easy to use: I tracked my parcel which was delivered in seven days.

I'm always amused when companies who have delivered the most shocking service fall foul of their own pre-programmed review requests. So, Transglobal, you've asked me "how did we do?". Hmmm, where do I start... possibly with the fact that 21 days in the package is still stuck in France. Or maybe I should mention that I've had to put all business in the EU on hold for 3 weeks while TNT flounder with my shipment. Ah, then there are the compulsive lies and vacuous promises I've been fed by both Transglobal and TNT/Fedex for three weeks straight; the utter incompetence and ineptitude to solve any problems; the inability to take responsibility or offer recourse or compensation. The apathy towards the plight of my business due to no stock arriving. The refusal to process a lost parcel claim until TNT/Fedex classify the parcel as "lost" (which they'll never do). So, to answer your question Transglobal, your service levels have been shocking, your ability to do anything useful at all staggeringly inept. In all of this you have ignored the one thing which keeps your business afloat - the customer. But, you're in good company - from what I can tell this approach is all the rage these days.
