“Shocking display on how not to perform as a business. Agreed there has been a global pandemic but many other travel companies have performed well and kept customers informed. Facebook is not exactly the bezt way to communicate with customers who have been left high and dry. Shut the phone lines, Tape the mail box shut and hide behind Facebook is possibly not the best strategy to follow to please customers. Contact is key and they have failed miserably for well over six weeks with there copy and paste replies. Avoid as this company are a letdown and whoever is in charge of making decisions needs a swift kick up the rear end and a P45.”

“I've been trying to contact them for over two weeks without any joy about a booked holiday. I've tried both telephone and online without any success. Terrible service when alot of other companies are returning to some sort of normality.”

“I only gave 1 star cause you have to to write a review😠 This company dont reply to emails or you can no longer contact them about a refund, shocking service to be honest, waiting since June for refund even though on there web page it states I should have had my money back week commencing 3rd August, concerned they will go bust and i will lose £500🤬🤬 If one day the world goes back to normal 😷I vow that the normal will not include booking a holiday with these cowboys ever again”

“10 days to go untill my holiday to Turkey. TR reminded me i had the balance to pay and so we paid. Lucky enough my other half took a look at Brit airways flights and found flight home had been cancled!! Not a word from TR. We have had to re arrange our own flight home. Tried many times to contact them via phone and customer support. Have they pulled the plug? Never again will i use TRAVEL REPUBLIC.”

“Lufthansa flights to Bodrum for late May booked through Travel Republic I was informed by them that flight was cancelled, no contact since. I contacted Lufthansa direct and was informed that a full refund was forwarded to Travel Republic in June, as far as I am concerned they have stolen my money!”

“we travel in two weeks time to benidorm ive emailed a number of times and constantly rang only to be told offices are now closed and not one reply to my emails ,, we have had flight time changes that they haven't notified me about so would of turn up late to my flight if i hadn't checked luckily with ryan air there service is a disgrace will never be using these again”

“Dont book with travel republic . Waiting for a refund since march . They wont answer phone . Or reply to emails . I was left stranded without return a flight . Had to find my own way back to uk .bad service and after service they just take your money and dont care check reviews on trust point you will see how many didapointed customers there .”

“Unable to Contact TRAVEL REPUBLIC. My hotel is not even open in Benidorm. They do not answer messages. Incredibly you cannot ring them as they have closed the phones down. Awful customer service.”

“Due to fly to Rhodes on 22nd September but the Hotel is closed now until 2021 summer. I only know this because i became friends with the hotel on facebook! I have already paid for the flights but booked as a package holiday. Easyjet say they are still flying so its MY PROBLEM I cannot amend the booking for next year or get a refund No replies to messages from Travel republic and they wont answer the phone. Never would I book with them again.”

“Booked in January 2020 to travel to Rhodes in September. had to pay flights in full £550 but was booked as a package the Hotel is now closed until Summer 2021 only know this as I have personally messaged the Hotel myself, no information at all from Travel republic. I am unable to re-book for next year through easyjet or get my money back because the flight is going ahead easyjet told me its MY PROBLEM”

“Not even worthy of one star. Due to travel to Thailand this Friday and have heard nothing from them. Hotel is closed, cannot locate flights on Qtar Airways and no tourists being allowed to enter Thailand. What are we supposed to do Travel Republic when you cannot even get hold of you by phone and you don't respond to messages!”

“Holiday cancelled in April, Travel Republic claim by standard e-mail refund due by 3rd June for this, no refund yet at 29th August. Other e-mails and letters not responded to yet TR are still advertising holidays. If they have the staff to book holidays then they have the staff to do the refunds. Never again, stick to TUI in future.”

“Customer service is non existent. They dont reply to your CSR's I have been trying since the beginning of July. I've messaged them on every platform possible. Phone lines are closed. I would never book with travel republic again.”

“Absolutely shocking customer service, infact it doesnt exist because you cant contact them via phone and my manage booking page doesnt open. I am suppose to fly out to Spain in 12 days time and havent recieved a call regarding my options i have available.”

“Absolute sh*t show took me of my money and then closed my account so they didn’t have to give it back because my holiday was cancelled can not get in touch with them in anyway but I will be going through court as I have all the proof and emails I need!!”

“Same issue as others that have posted. I have to pay balance of my holiday on 29th august and I know my flights have been cancelled with BA but travel republic are not answering their phones and not responding to queries raised . Dreadful customer service.”
