“Easy to find, plenty of parking, staff great and cheerful. Rooms are probably due an upgrade, shower over the bath, not great if you cannot step into the bath. Overall we will book again. Ps don't forget your phone charger. No USB”

“I was unable to book a room via the website because despite numerous attempts the payment page wouldn’t appear on my iPhone. I had to download the App instead and book it that way. For some reason I’ve received the confirmation text message 12 times over the last 48 hours”

“I arrived at the hotel at noon and asked if the room was available to check in. I was severely berated by the desk man for not paying for "early check in" which I wouldnt have done anyway. All I asked was a question and then I asked if I could leave my bag there for 3 hours while I happily went off in search of lunch. On my return at 14:00 I sat in a chair, happy to wait for an hour to check in. The same guy walked past me lots of times and was clearly happy to see me waiting patiently. What annoyed me was the fact that others were checking in at this time”

“Pleasant overnight stay. Car-park very near and cheap overnight. Staff should avoid using pronouns when greeting customers as when =you get it wrong it's very impolite. 'Good evening' is polite to everyone.”

“Booked saver rate by mistake. Phoned straight away to see if I could amend to flex and pay the extra but was told that there was no facility for this so will just have to hope all will be ok for trip”

“Shocking ! Stay well away from these hotels ! Dealt with Maria in bookings and she spoke to me like a piece of ..,. ! The hotel invoice was for a wrong hotel and when I phoned to let them know they said they my have encountered this problem before but I would have to pay £50 to be relocated to the hotel I originally wanted ! So basically charging me £50 for travelodge mistake ! I will never ever ever book travel lodge again ! The customer service from Maria was absolutely shocking ! Just pray your invoice has the hotel you booked otherwise travelodge will try to scam £50 -£80 from you ! I cannot come to terms I am been held accountable for travelodge sending me a wrong invoice ! Never ever again will I step into a travelodge ! The quality of her customer care is absolutely shocking. She would not give me her second name and said she did not know the customer service phone number ! What a cowboy outfit never again! I hope customers take heed of this review and pray it doesn't happen to them! I had an awful experience”

“2 of us doing a booking independently really struggled to book on 16/7/23. Both of us had to go out of the booking and go back in again as the checkout would not load. Also at one point I was booking 6 rooms as everytime I had to go back rather than pay at checkout it kept adding another room. It wasn't until I was at last step in the basket so to speak it let me delete the extra rooms! For your informaiton only not as a comment on Travel lodge stay. We have never had this issue booking a Premier Inn”

“Booking was a nightmare this time.Sent for vice from bank but couldn’t input it tried many times but gave up. Bank continued to send codes _ I ended up with 16! Next day started process again and was successful but didn’t use login”
