“Quickly booked but struggled a bit because the person i spoke to had quite a strong accent.”

“Very easy to find and book. Only comment is that it is not immediately clear that when your card details are held there is no more information required and I began to give details of my card again. Perhaps a' Continue ' button immediately after the saved card or an alternative then given to insert details of new card.”

“Depends on what Travelodge hotel you stay in. Over the years I’ve stayed in many hotels and have been happy with the experience of staying in some. Other Travelodge hotels are so bad I’ll never stay at them again. Some staff are fully committed to their guests, some staff couldn’t care less and more interested on being on their phones.”

“Paid for 24 hour WiFi - Free 30 mins would have been sufficient, but booking page did not make it clear this was an option. Please make it clearer!”

“Website reservation was very good along with all information. We worry about contract carparking as we've fallen foul of it a couple of times. It is a shame that WiFi isn't free. We are looking forward to the trip.”

“Easy to navigate. Booking easy. Unfortunately there is nothing on the website or app to tell you that you can take your bicycles inside. As we are on a cycling holiday it’s important for us to know there is somewhere safe to store our bikes.”
