“I had to cancel my booking and am waiting for my refund. It was pretty easy to make a booking and I will be doing so shortly in another area. My only beef is if you need to ring travel lodge. I tried but there was a 15 minute wait on the telephone and costs 15p a minute. Imagine if the wait time was longer. Not sure about my refund, it has not gone back into my bank yet even though when I realised I needed to be closer to my destination, I cancelled it within the hour.”
