“Fire alarms went off about midnight and your staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The three guys on duty put up with abuse from certain residents (You know who you are if you are reading this review) and My wife and myself don`t know how they managed to keep their cool. Also the Fire Brigade attended promptly and along with your Staff ensured everybody was safe. Thank You All again from Wilma & Thomas Logan plus Dram our Dog.”

“Hotel room was fine.Housekeeping needs to be improved, bathroom needs more attention ie no shampoo/gel in carton. My biggest gripe had to pay for parking in hotel car park.The charge for 1 night (24hr) £15.00 when enquired about this at reception that hotel guests should be re imbursed,was told car park operated by private car park company.. another cash cow practise. Not happy.”

“Nice place to stay. We were on our way to a camping holiday in Poole. Weather to windy to put the awning up. Stayed for one night. Really good sleep in very comfortable bed. Rooms very clean. Nice pizza in the evening. Left next morning, feeling refreshed and ready to put awning up. Would definitely stay here again”

“No free parking for disabled people The bed was diping in the middle No fried egg for breakfast The menu has chicken. And it tells you it comes with slure when we asked No we don't have that never have dont know why it's on menu”

“I realised that the parking wasn't available nearby the hotel so i had to cancel my booking within 24 hrs. My money wasn't refunded i lost £264.00 for nothing. it's tricking the guests.”

“The Hotel was good. the only thing that annoys me about Fourwent ways. Is that if you arrive after around 9pm after a long day working / driving. All the hot food places are closed and all you have to choose from is chilled foods from the Shell garage.”
