“Room was clean but very basic. No coffee pod machine or toiletries as it said in the description. Booked a twin accessible room as husband and me both disabled. The beds were only 2 feet 6 inches wide and very uncomfortable, my Grandchildrens beds are wider than that.”

“Basic service overall. Staff neither friendly nor unfriendly, no greetings etc. Room wasnt cleaned at all for the entire stay-4 nights.Had to ask for necessities such as tea& coffee, towels, soap and each time had to ask more than once.”

“The hotel was pretty poor I don't like leaving negative reviews but room was very dated there was grit in the sheets and we paid for breakfast which was the worst I've ever had if I'm brutally honest. I hate leaving negative reviews but I don't understand why people do jobs half heartedly with in the hotel industry it's an experience there efforts make the difference not the setting really”
