“Dirty bathroom, no kettle and when we asked for one the receptionist said he would bring one up in five to ten minutes but never turned up. Had to prove that we had ordered breakfast everyday as names hadn’t been added to the list.”

“We always find they are in a great location, clean, friendly staff and if there are any problems they are sorted out quickly. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are always clean and tidy. Perfect.”
