“Room was nice, clean. We had upgraded for better WiFi, coffee pod drink maker, sadly after we returned from our evening/night out we found there to be no WiFi, no working lights in the room, it was late so didn't complain, we were beyond tired. Bed was comfortable.”

“Tried to activate an E voucher at time of booking but wouldn't activate so had to phone a premium number. Was told voucher would be applied at check out automatically.....who knew ....so why ask me for voucher number. Why is your phone not toll free.”

“Unfortunately I had to cancel my visit due to a family emergency and tried to cancel on the home page / website but it wouldn’t let me then I phoned to be told my cancellation was to late to be refunded or to move to another day .. I will NEVER use your services again.. rubbish policy”

“Very clean and facilities are very good. So convenient when flying from Leeds Bradford Airport and within walking distance from the local pub if you fancy a drink and something to eat. Would recommend 👍”

“It is approximately 12 months since I last used Travellodge and I have found it just a simple to book as previously and I hope that the service will be as good as always, especially at the age of 84.”

“Clean Basic Sound proofing not good as person upstairs constantly walking about and you can hear every footstep”

“My room had two single beds pushed together, both of the cups for a hot drinks had cracks in.and the lift didn’t work To top it off . There was nothing said about a night club under the hotel and the music was loud. I couldn’t get to sleep until it finished. I think I should let a refund on my room”

“Enjoy every time I go to Llandudno the hotel is in a very good location and clean very basic and no frills and ideal for taking my dog will be going again next year”
