“Normally a comfortable stay at a reasonable price could do with a more flexible approach to swapping bookings between hotels within the company though”

“I have used Travelodge a lot over the years & every September when traveling South from the North of Scotland. I start looking for a good deal in late Spring & if I don't go final straight away you can be rather zealous in pursuing me!”

“Use Travelodeg a lot when in Uk They are smartening up their rooms, much improved. Love that some rooms now offer fridge and microwave. Just a shame that unlike most hotels they persist in charging for wifi after thirty mins. In fact know of no other hotel group or individual hotel that do not offer free wifi.”

“Was ok I don’t book very often was clunky for someone who is not used to booking hotels. But I got there in the end . I must say it was easier than other sites. And I do get easily confused. Sometimes simple it better. Thank you”

“Booking two different nights was ok - could not find where to put my Blue Light Card code for a discount. Receipts sent by email were confusing and I had to check the right amount had been paid on my card. It was easy to find the room we wanted for both stays.”

“Location is great for station and shops. Plenty going on. Reception staff excellent. Bar staff a little slow, i waited about 70 minutes for my food. They were very apologetic and offered complimentary drink when I promoted them so j think they handled it well. But you need to understand what happened in the first place really. Room was absolutely fine. Clean. Spacious. Just what I expected. Great value for money.”

“There is only one thing I don’t like about booking with travelodge and that is you have to pay at the time. I have booked a flexible rate 5night stay in 4min the time and there is no option to pay at stay. Instead all monies have to be paid upfront which as you can imagine a London stay for 5 nights is not cheap.”
