“Easy booking process, they email back straight away, the only thing is sometimes they don’t pick up the phone. Other than that I would book with them again.”
“It was a long and difficult process caused, apparently, by systems problems with the airlines. Couldn't do it on line as the website it repeatedly said there was a system issue after I'd typed all the personal info in, attempted to pay by card etc. So I phoned you. Was cut off after your recorded messages the first time but got through ok the second time. Got there eventually but the call took almost an hour before we successfully completed the booking. The guy helping me - Junaid Ansar - was very helpful, patient and polite and he made it all happen eventually. Must be a tough job for those guys if every trip is so difficult to book and you need to look at why it should take so long to complete the booking and why the online system just didn't work.”
“I dealt with a very helpful agent Samson Samuel, he went over and beyond to help me and I appreciate all the help in changing tickets. He took responsibility and saw it through and get things done swiftly.”
“Abdur Rehman was very helpful in finding flight deals in line with what was convenient for me and had communication whenever I needed it. Most helpful person I spoke to with Travel Up”
“Sameer Akther was very helpful and patient, l needed 8tkts on the same flight which was difficult but he made it all possible for the same sector.
He is an asset to your firm and l wish him the very best.”
“Travel up done this to me 2nd time
When I am booking then during the booking prices changes, which is unfair
Sameer Akhtar was very helpful and professional but your company needs to change policy of trying to make extra money at the end of bookings”
