“I had a flight cancelled recently and Asad Khan and all the other people I spoke to at TravelUp were most helpful in getting it rescheduled for me. Frankly, I was quite worried but they dealt with the matter professionally and promptly. I would have liked the schedule change department to be open on Sunday so I didn’t have to have the agonising wait till Monday to find out when if my rescheduled date can be confirmed but other than that it was a good experience with TravelUp.”
