“I was a bit trepidatious. And it started painfully (I don’t know my phonetic alphabet!) but Tajir Sanjay helped me. I’d called because I’m searching for flights to Vancouver I couldn’t easily find ones that were changeable without fee and that had hold luggage. So I was wasting a lot of time on line. He helped me find direct and non direct flights then we exchanged emails to verify name etc and pay whilst I was still on the phone. Took a while but we’ll spent. He was very helpful so now I just have to hope the ticket comes and it’s trouble free”
