BA flight cancelled Travelup failed to inform me then after I booked new flights Travelup failed to re confirm booking so flight lost. Absolutely inept

After my flight schedule has changed giving us half an hour less transfer time I was concern I might not make it for the flight to Bogota. I called Janiki in Travel Up and asked to Ben re-booked for earlier flight. It was free of charge and new e-ticket had been issued same day. Travel Up is great, competitive prices and great customer service !

$20 per person (admission fees) for canceling the free cancellation booking, It doesn't matter how many persons on the booking, They charge per room capacity, I am getting all my money back, they get the bad review and the complaint, Long story short, you can't trust overseas sites.

these people unprofessional and rip off merchants. I would advise anyone not to book with these people as they are unhelpful after they have taken your money. worst travel company I have dealt with

bought a flight ticket on line site was not clear in many ways, site was not clear about cancellation fees when booking, found later that my ticket was not refundable after making the booking wanted to charge me £220 to change the return date

British airline has been strike so my flight was cancelled, lucky that I open up my email for one day before my flight was going, It has been all sorted with customer service name" Liam Johnson". I'm glad i got another e-ticket that i did't buy another ticket. thank you guys for all the your helps! look forward to booking next flight regard Banjob Keawwongsa

flights were cancelled due to BA strikes. TravelUp did not contact me saying they have the money and when I rang them they said it can take up to 4 weeks which is ridiculous as it is nearly £500 which is nearly all the spending money I had before I had to book new flights. BA have told me that TravelUp have the money in their account. Do not book with TavelUP

Had an issue with Etihad cancelling the scheduled flight for my return journey. This was taken up with Liam Johnson at Travelup who dealt with it very efficiently and was very helpful too. Thank you Liam.

We had a change to our flights and I was very anxious. However after speaking to Travelup and Liam Johnson everything was dealt with quickly and We are overjoyed with our new flights! I couldn’t fault Liam! Excellent customer service!

My sisters and I booked a holiday with travelup, only for them to tell us two weeks before there was an error and our booking is not valid. Their compromise was a lower standard hotel with a £40 discount. Being in the same industry, I am shocked at the service and do not recommend booking with this company. Now we have to find a hotel in two weeks- most of which are fully booked and at premium prices. Avoid disappointment and do not take the risk with this company. never again
