Flight cancelled. Had to call and e mail a number of times before finally getting it sorted. would of been easier to book direct with the airline. Hopefully this is now sorted out, however I'm not confident.

AVOID AT ALL COST, TRAVEL UP HAS RUIN MY HOLLIDAYS!!! LEFT ME IN AGONY AND MY 2 KIDS DEVASTATED BY NOT BEING ABLE TO GO ON HOLLIDAYS!!! I booked on a 19 August just around midnight 3 tickets (myself and my 2 Kids) for £1,100 and notices 2 hours after booking that my daughter surname was incorrect and notify straight away Travel Up to modify the name. Travel upp has deliberately delayed dealing with this issue. They do not respond directly to emails and in order to get a response I had to send 4 emails begging them to contact the airline earlier morning on 20 August 2019 Nothing was done!!! I had myself to call the airline (Iberia) the staff in London were very helpful and nice I was told that they can amend any mistake in a booking as long as it is during the first 24 hours but as I didn't buy my tickets directly with the airline that travel up should contact them directly! When calling Travel up (please note they call are high rate) I get the phone put down on me!! When I called a 2nd time same day Someone with an asian accent told me to stop calling them 20 times a day and that Someone is dealing with it! Full stop they won't give you any information!! WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE EVER!! Iberia airline where much better, Polite and Helpful such a SHAME! IF YOU HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH YOUR BOOKING DON'T EXPECT TRAVELUP TO SORT YOU OUT. ITS NOT IN THEIR INTEREST TO AMEND OR RESOLVED ANYTHING SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO PAY ANOTHER TICKET AND GET THE CANCELLATION FEES! I WAS UNABLE TO TRAVEL WITHOUT MY DAUGHTER WE LOST OUR MONEY AND NO HOLLIDAYS! SCAMMERS TRAVEL UP SHAME ON YOU!!

Very Helpful staff that assisted through the the BA strike announcement to reschedule my bookings so I may get back to be part of my mums birthday celebrations. Thank you to Fleming..😊

Flemming Grayson helped get us on to an alternative flight when ours was cancelled due to BA strikes. It took us a long time to get through originally and they couldn’t help us on the phone and asked us to email instead but we received a quick response and got onto the flight we wanted so we’re very happy

Once I got through to Fleming Greyson the process was managed very efficiently to closure - he was very helpful I did however waste 24 hours on the day before, and was assured that I would have it resolved by the end of the previous day, but I received nothing.

Further to the cancellations of mine and my mother's BA flights due to the impending Pilots' strike, James Anderson Admin officer Travel up, provided outstanding service and was most helpful in re-booking alternative flights for us both. The customer service was over and above that expected especially when other colleagues had not been as helpful. I normally book with Travel Up as they offer some of the best air fares and I will continue to do so. Thanks for all of your help. It was greatly appreciated.

I keep receiving emails despite multiple requests unsubscribe. Spam filter intercepts them but I want it to stop. Have never used Travelup and never will

First time using them. We have bought our tickets very early for our trip. So far for any changes we have been notified. It was easy to purchase and search tickets. We hope our travel comes as easy.

Had such a drama with American Airlines, but SOFIA SMITH CUSTOMER SERVICE has been amazing. From start to finish she rebooked my flights and literally moved heaven and earth to sort these flights out for me. I cannot be more thankful, Sofia you have saved my honeymoon. Thank you so very much!
