Yesterday I spoke to Kyle Roberts who, as with all the staff I've spoken to, was helpful and friendly and accommodated all my requests to get me a great deal on a flight to Mexico at times that work for me. Really pleased and will continue to use them.”

“Avoid at all costs. We have travelled full-time for two years and this is the only travel booking company we have felt compelled to review badly to help save others. They charged us over £2100 for flights in January 2021, then cancelled them due to covid. They refused to refund us but gave us travel vouchers. Since then we have tried on repeat to book new flights but each time they fob us off with different excuses… systems are down, the airline’s system isn’t working, the flights are triple the price as if you booked directly with the airline etc. The customer service is terrible. Please please avoid them and book somewhere else.”
