due to the impending Pilots' strike, James Anderson Admin officer Travel up, provided outstanding service and was most helpful in re-booking alternative flights for us both.
The customer service was over and above that expected especially when other colleagues had not been as helpful. I normally book with Travel Up as they offer some of the best air fares and I will continue to do so.

“I found Travelup very good and efficient to deal with. I booked a trip to Canada a few months ago with them and have just returned. I didn't leave a review at the time 'just in case' something went wrong but it didn't. They even rang me to check that I knew I'd only booked carry-on luggage for my trip - which I did, but appreciated them calling me to be sure that I hadn't done it in error. The paperwork came through within a few days and all went like like clockwork. They got me a good price on my ticket, better than I had found myself.
