I called Janiki in Travel Up and asked to Ben re-booked for earlier flight. It was free of charge and new e-ticket had been issued same day. After a slight issue with their website, Sam voluntarily and quickly called me back to assist and, due to my slight date flexibility, managed to get me still better prices for a UK to USA return flight ticket. This also now included check-in baggage normally charged extra for on this BA flight economy seat, saving at least a further £80!
