“I was very happy with the service I received from Travel Up , they are efficient and advise you swiftly if there were any changes to your flight times and then follow it up with a new E ticket. My only criticism for them is that I never received the Original E Ticket on time of booking. After a couple of emails asking them for it.. I gave up and called the airline direct and they forwarded me the E Ticket as we were on the phone. This issue has not put me off booking with them again, as it was just a minor blip their side .”

“Just had a return flight to Malaga with BA booked via travel up. The price was amazing so I had some reservations. I was even more concerned when I read some reviews. However, it all worked perfectly. I registered with BA as per the booking reference. Travel up helpfully sent me reminders on the day even letting me know where I needed to depart.
The only negative was the call I received after booking. I was left a voicemail telling me as I had booked hand luggage only I would only be allowed 7kgs, and urging me to book a bag. I am guessing this is how they make their money. I didn’t follow up on that offer and all was fine. The ts and cs are quite black and white about booking and cancellation, but the prices reflect that. If you are certain about your requirements and travel times you should have no problem at all. Excellent value for money.”
