“I had to request a refund for flight vouchers and spent months trying to get information. Once everything had calmed down I was able to speak to an advisor called Fleming Grayson, who was very patient and helpful and after several phone calls, I have been able to reserve a flight with BA. Still need to apply the vouchers, but BA are not taking any calls now, but as flight is reserved am hoping it will all be sorted early 2021. Big thanks to Fleming Grayson and his patience with me.”

“We booked our hotel accommodation for our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) 5 weeks before we were due to travel. They also sent us the confirmation voucher from them for our reservation.
1 week before we were due to travel, they send us an email stating we do not have the confirmation due to their supplier issues and were providing alternative accommodation that was not even close to what we had originally paid for.
They completely refused to own up to their error and were not willing to pay the difference for alternative accommodation which by then had gone up in price.
Stay clear of them as they are complete fraudsters and cheats.”

“Finally managed to use my credit with TravelUp. Had a flight cancelled due to COVID earlier in the year so took the option of a credit. When initially trying to redeem it my emails were completely ignored for weeks. Eventually got round to calling them and at first everything seemed fine. Was told I’d get an email with a link within a day. 3 weeks later and nothing. Got through again and said I’d get emailed within the hour. 6 hours later still nothing. Phoned again and was told I’d get a call back in an hour. 2 hours later still nothing. Finally got through to someone who at least sounded polite and friendly over the phone, Fleming Grayson. He sorted my new flight and seemlessly switched it over to the app for me. Had it not have been for him I’d probably have given this company 1 star. Wouldn’t recommend booking through them as it’s been like drawing teeth ever since I booked.”
“Although TU has handled my situation in a way that induced my anxiety. Fleming Greyson assured me that he would help me which he eventually did and today the 16th my situation was finally sorted and i can finally rest and be calm knowing that my flight is actually will take place on the 26th.”
