“We decided to order this bag before putting our tree away this year. It was delivered quickly. Putting it together was fairly simple but the directions we had weren't the directions for the product we had but we figured it out. We took our time pulling the bag over the tree and it worked beautifully. It was easy to move and store. We tried not to cinch it too tight because we don't want to spend hours fluffing the tree next year. I hope it opens up as nicely. The tree bag appears to be very well made and should last many years. I'm glad I spent the extra money for the rolling base.”

“I am thrilled with my TreeKeeper ornament storage bag. Before, I had tubs full of cardboard boxes for each ornament and decorating my tree was messy and stressful trying to figure out which ornament was in each box. I wanted a storage system where I could see them freely, lift trays easily and customize the storage spaces for larger ornaments. Your bag fit the bill. I did cut pieces of foam core to place in the bottom of each tray for additional stability -- would be a great option to include in the future -- but otherwise I'm 100% pleased with my purchase and already texted photos of my stash to my family and friends. Next year, there's no doubt I will look forward to decorating my tree and seeing all of my ornaments together--safe and sound in their new home. Thank you, thank you!”

“I'm so glad I ordered this TreeKeeper bag! It worked exactly as described and made it so easy to put away my tree. It is great quality and large enough for my very full, pre-lit 7.5 foot tree. I wish I would have bought this bag years ago!”

Hi Terry, thanks for your review. Our tracking is showing that the package was delivered on 1/17. It may have been dropped off at the wrong address. I would check in with your neighbors first, in about 99% of cases we discover that the package was dropped off next door. “Love this bag, I can pack away so many ornaments, many smaller ones in each spot. Keeps fragile intact, I wrap some of the more fragile when more than one per spot. I have had one for 2 years, bought 2 more one in use and one for next year's repack. I should add that I am a Christmas ornament obsessed lunatic. I have 3-5 trees a year of various sizes and ornaments for at least 8 full size trees.”

“Well designed, easy to use. Liked the bag attaching to the stand. Also, we have a 9 ft "slender" tree and the zippered storage area at the bottom of the bag was a great place to remove and store the top section of the tree. This is our 2nd tree bag purchase from you and, know we'll come to your website when we need another storage item.”

“I ordered 2 of the 9' tree bags, the XL ones. When Fed Ex delivered the package, I was sure the order had been messed up, due to the size and the weight of the package. I thought there was no way two big bags could fit in there. I was very pleasantly surprised that both were there and the quality of the bags. I have a 12 foot tree that's very full and I had no box or anything to store it in. I was able to put the bottom half in one bag (and its VERY full) and the top 2 pieces and the stand in the other one. They are heavy, but with the roller wheels, I was able to pull it around. I am not a very large woman. It is a quality bag, made from sturdy construction and I am very pleased. Thank you for having such an outstanding product.”
