“I have ordered several time in the last months. All orders arrived within several days. There tracking methode "after ship" sucks. My local delivery company was better in providing me tracking info ones the package was in country. All packages where well packed with a taped seal. Returning is more off an issue i'm trying to return one item but the only methode of paying is credit card and this doesn't work. other then that i'm happy with "Trekinn.com"”
“I am never writting reviews but I read a lot of bad things about them - and I want to leave feedback because normaly you leave feedback when you are dissapointed. I get my Helly Hansen Odin pants without problems, just in time and they were over 40% cheaper than in official price.
Maybe problems of others result from the fact that they think it works like a normal site - you order, measure and send back. I ordered exactly what I wanted - so there was no problems with returns.”

“Product took a while to arrive, I hadn't realised it was being shipped from Spain. It was well packaged and exactly as described (a Klean Kanteen insulated bottle with sports cap), we've had it for a few days now and it's been fabulous to keep our water cold in this hot weather! I've been bombarded with emails from other subsidaries of the company so had had to unsubscribe from their mailing list, but that was easy enough to do. Would definitely use Trekkinn.com again.”

“Return policy is terrible! Ordered 3 items on July 31, 2022 with estimated delivery of August 8-9, 2022. The items arrived one month late. Customer service will pass on supply chain issues to the consumer by charging a high shipping fee to facilitate the return. It is worth the premium to buy from a more reliable vendor.”
“No volveré a comprar con esta empresa. Hice un pedido a Reino Unido y tuve que hacer la devolución por cambio de tallaje. La devolución es pagada con un servicio dado por la empresa de coste 11 Libras! y ni siquiera rastrea el paquete. Al intentar contactar la empresa tienes suerte si te contestan, las respuestas son de tres dias después y he intentado todo tipo de contactos. A dia de hoy, 6 de agosto, me dicen que no saben si tienen mi paquete porque aún estan trabajando con las devoluciones del dia 20 de julio! Que barbaridad! Por lo que si hubiera algun problema con el paquete perderia el derecho a reclamar. Igual con suerte para Navidad tengo mi devolución completa?
Me he dado cuenta también que todos los comentarios están escondidos en Facebook e Instagram por lo que no están ofreciendo una publicidad honesta, una vergüenza.

It took two weeks before they claimed to have started the order. would not have ordered if I had known it would take this long and am not sure I will even receive anything at all.”
“I bought a climbing harness from TrekInn on 25 April 2025. The total for the order was £41.49 plus £7.50 postage. The parcel had an ETA of May 5. On May 6 I received notification from Royal Mail saying that the parcel had been returned to sender as the address on the parcel 'did not exist'. I checked my account settings on TrekInn and confirmed that my address was correct. So, if there was an error, it was not mine. I then contacted TrekInn to notify them of what had happened. They have told me that they will only refund my money when the parcel is received back at their depot. I pointed out that this is ridiculous, given that I never received the parcel and that it is clear from the tracking that the parcel is on its way back to TrekInn. They have told me repeatedly that this it their policy and they can't break their policies. I keep asking them what happens if they do not receive the parcel back at the depot. They keep ignoring me. As my refund seems predicated on TrekInn receiving the goods I am extremely concerned. What if it is one of their unbreakable policies to simply NOT refund me? Surely, if something is lost in the post and is not the fault of the customer, the seller has to refund the customer's money? Won't be buying from them again as it is too much of a risk.”

“I would not recommend this company. While the prices are appealing, the service is seriously lacking. I ordered snowboarding goggles on 27th November, and they were never delivered. Despite numerous follow-ups, I am still waiting to receive my refund. To make matters worse, every email I’ve sent has been answered by what seems to be automated responses, simply telling me to wait. The lack of proper communication and the time taken to resolve the issue is unacceptable. Don’t trust them with your money!”
