“I learned about the quality of the Mason Pearson hairbrush and started to search for a vendor to purchase one. That resulted in a long search until I found Tressence. com. I LOVE my brush and the service to purchase it. There were so many unreliable companies. Tressence deserves a high review - and I appreciated their service!!!”

“I was so pleased to find Tressence and their extensive line of Mason Pearson brushes and combs. I have had my original MP brush since 1980, and wanted to replace it. “My brush came in 2 days! This is the only site I could find that offered ALL of the Mason Pearson brushes in the U.S. and I'm very happy with the experience. I'm also very satisfied with my brush. I got the Nylon/Boar junior. The size is the same as a regular hairbrush (it's the exact dimensions as my Wet de-tangling brush). I have really long, semi-fine hair of medium density and this was the perfect brush for me. It really helps distribute the oils down to my ends. I've been using the brush daily for a week and a half and I can already tell the difference in my hair! My hair looks healthier, is stronger, and I swear it's growing faster. Plus, my hair doesn't look even slightly greasy anymore on my no-wash days; I could probably even make it to an extra day if I wanted. I will be purchasing more as gifts!!”

“I've been familiar with Mason Pearson Brushes since 1986. It was purchased to groom my Lhasa Apso that I showed. To this day that same brush is still going strong. I found Tressence, submitted my order and am very pleased with the fast service. Priorty is there goal.”

We shipped this customer's order the same day it was placed. After following up with the customer upon seeing his review we jointly agreed to wait a couple of more days before taking further action. Fortunately, the brush was delivered within the agreed timeframe. Following delivery customer sent the following message: Mr. Bernstein Thank you for your persistence and follow up.
