“good site - got a great deal, luckily managed to get the last pair of shoes in stock that I wanted so very pleased with that, only downside was that some of the corners of the shoebox were crushed when they arrived in the mail, but i'm not too bothered about that and they were great otherwise.”

“Disappointed paid £7.99 for next day delivery which did not transpire, it was the following day before the item arrived. Not good enough, does not inspire good customer relationship.”

“Thank you for your consideration, as always. I'm Tanaka Thank you for the news of the review. I am very fun to always purchase good items. However, it might be a one regret. It became 11,501Japanese yen in JPY about TRI100384 of my order, but the request that came was really about 19000 japanese yen. I do not know it whether indication was different, but pray for there not being such a thing on the next time whether I was wrong. Of course because use it again. Best regards Tanaka”

“The shoes I ordered look fantastic, they are exactly as advertised. The only problems I had experienced was the shipping was very slow (ordered internationally). And my shoes were not shipped double boxed. They were shipped with just a plastic envelope over them. And when I received my shoes the box was very damaged which left me a disappointed. All of that aside I'm happy with my order and I would definitely consider doing business with Triads again. I would also recommend this store to others because they have a great selection of shoes. I was able to find products that were either sold out or out of stock in my size in the U.S.”

“Everything worked out perfectly, the website did not even crash with the release of the Saucony Mint Chocolate Chip. I did not give "very good" because i believe that the shipping could go a bit faster. I know i am an over borders buyer, but some other shops have cheaper and faster shipping. Would buy again from you, just that little note. Best, AP.”

“Was happy with the service but was a bit dubious as other people had orders the Adidas Hyndburns and had been told their payment had gone through and then received an email saying that their order had been cancelled. Glad I was one of the lucky ones to get a pair!”

“I would have given them 5 stars only for the reason that I was not given a tracking number and when I contacted them by email about it I never got a reply and when I got in touch via twitter they replied they'll look into it but never heard again from them. Anyways, the parcel arrived to Ireland after 6 days of notifying me that it has been despatched. Very pleased with the tees.”

“I've purchased pair of shoes on the sale. Price was very good. Dispatch time was perfect - my shoes arrived in 1 day (i paid for standard delivery - around 3 working days). However box of my premium shoes arrived slightly damaged and I haven't received return post sticker (as premium stores do) thats why I'm giving 4 stars. Overall i can recommend the store.”
