You opted for our Free standard shipping service for your order that is included in the price of the product, shipments are sent by International Signed For/Airmail and usually take 6 to 8 working days to arrive. This service doesn’t have the point to point updates like our premium DHL fast tracked courier service, but as mentioned is already included in the price of the product and your package will should reach you later today on Royal Mail tracking #LW316169550DE Apologies for any inconvenience. Hi and thanks for your review. I am sorry you have had an issue and we are not able to check the problem you have mentioned as you have chosen to remain anonymous. We normally ship 100 orders or more each day globally and have very few issues. If there is a problem it is an easy process to both send the item back to our London office and to receive a replacement. We always respond quickly and do have great relations with or customers who normally mail us directly with ant queries or questions. I have been asked to write a review of my purchase and unfortunately I have not yet received the items despite it being 13 days since I placed my order (it is supposed to arrive in 6-8 days). I contacted the seller who replied butdid not seem concerned that I had not received he items.

Thank you for your comment. We do offer a fast tracked premium service and packages will reach anywhere globally within 72 hours. Your order was placed over the holiday period and you opted for our free service with delivery via Royal Mail, we shipped on time and your order should be out for delivery on Monday. We responded quickly to your request and we have provided you with a tracking number. The order is still in fact within the stated time frame as the Royal Mail I am afraid do not deliver on Sundays. Thanks for your review. I can only imagine that there has been a delivery issue as quite possible you were not at home when our courier tried to deliver as this can happen at times and they do not always leave a card. I am sorry as you did not leave your name on this rec=view so I am unable to follow up on this issue. But if you could get in touch directly we will quickly find a solution to this issue. Hi and thanks for your review and sorry you have an issue. I do think you have been a little harsh ase shipped your order on time and I see from the the DHL tracking (I won't post here for data protection reasons) that you were in touch with DHl to reschedule your delivery and there seems to of been some sort of disconnect and now DHL are scheduling another delivery. The knobs are different shapes and the screw is too long to fit into our furniture. I will be returning them to you in the very near future.

Hi Sue, Thanks for your message, although this is not really fair. In fact as you can imagine we have customers needing our knobs for all sizes of doors and drawers so for this our screws are deliberately over sized to be a one size fits all. We do mention the screw length in the listing and it is a two-minute job to then snip the screws down to size with a strong pair of pliers. This you will find is a standard practice of most companies that sell these products. I was shocked to see the quality of the barber ✂️ scissors , it’s a complete disaster , not even good for cutting vegetables , look , quality , is so bad , not worth a penny . Will need urgent refund for the price please , 0 star

Apologies that there has been a delivery delay with your order and we did respond straight away to your email acknowledging the situation and we were immediately in contact with our courier partner. DHL do however need a little time to check and return to us and the fact that your original email was at the end of the week and we hit the weekend has delayed DHL's response. So I can only say we are really sorry for this inconvenience caused to you and quite possible the recent weather condition have impacted on the delivery. Item that arrived was not the same as picture or description. We ordered white porcelain knobs as per picture and description, we received off white knobs which do not what we wanted. When I emailed to let them know the order was incorrect I was told that the colour in the pictures does not always depict the true colour depending on your monitor set up! Hmmm but surely the description should match the colour. Total waste of money, very disappointing receiving incorrect product and please don't treat me like I am stupid! Get your descriptions right and admit when you have made a mistake. Needless to say I will not use again,

Hi Victoria, Thanks for your message and sorry you sound so upset, we did offer for you to return the item if you were not satisfied with the colour. There is a real issue with ecommerce with minor colour differences due to monitors settings and I am sorry this has made you angry as this was never our intention and we have never had this issue with this product before. We have chased this and yes there does seem to have been a problem with your package due to a postcode in putting error at DHL and it is being returned to us. Thanks for your msg.. sorry that is completely untrue. I think there may have been some delivery issues with your order and sorry that this has made you so angry, but what you are saying as you know is not the case that we have stolen you money. Please you can not say this and any issues we always follow up and try to resolve with our courier partner, sometimes delivery can be problematic and this is just a fact of life. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I've ordered the knobs on the 11 the of March and these never had been sent to me. I contacted the company to tell them that I do not want these anymore and air would like a refund. By the way they don't have a land line so I rang mobile number provided and a very rude man,called Robert spoke to me. Despite my emails and phone calls to cancel the order,they sent the parcel today! 16 days after I ordered and did not want it anymore..just so they don't loose money! That's utterly disgusting. Nobody pick up the phone anymore,well I wouldn't really want to speak with this rude man to be honest. My emails are left without answers and the only thing that's left is to make others aware and report the company. I am really disappointed and I felt like I've been treated with no respect whatsoever.

Thanks you for your message and so sorry you feel this way... we normally have great relations with our customers and we are never rude. There was some address issues with your package due I think to a DHL error and it was consequently stuck in the DHL system for a while and we did try to sort this out as soon as possible and as you can see your package arrived although you refused to accept. So we did make an effort to get it sorted out and got there in the end and I can only again apologise for this highly unusual delay. We will of course refund if you have changed your mind and I think it is fair to say we are a very busy office and maybe communication was complicated here a little as you seem to have sent emails in various names Natalia Kasongo, Natalia Rowe and Natalia Marks. The easiest thing would be if you could please accept the package and then just send it back to me here in London and I will refund you together with the return postage cost.

Realizei um pedido no site de vocês (número 600000757) e, pelo que me informei com a transportadora responsável (a DHL), a mercadoria está parada na alfândega do Brasil devido a necessidade de acréscimo de documentação. Me informaram que a fiscalização exige que eu envie comprovante de pagamento realizado na loja para verificação do valor declarado no envio por vocês. Segundo consta na DHL o valor que vocês declararam da mercadoria foi de $6,28 (dólares), no entanto o valor pago na mercadoria foi de R$239,27 mais uma taxa de R$84,97 para pagamento de impostos e custos de entrega, que convertido em dólares resulta num valor de $75,56 da mercadoria mais $26,83 de taxa de entrega. Ou seja, o valor declarado por vocês foi muito abaixo do valor real pago, e para que a mercadoria seja liberada da alfândega será necessário o pagamento de uma multa. Conforme informado no momento da compra, a taxa cobrada pelo site de R$84,97, deveria cobrir TODOS os custos do envio. Sendo assim, como devo proceder para obter a liberação da mercadoria?
