“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order and received a notification and tracking number. It means absolutely nothing as not recognised. They have ignored many many emails snd calls so PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your money. Took money but delivered absolutely NOTHING.”

“My order that I have paid for in full, including courier shipping, is currently being held by customs and won’t be delivered unless I pay additional import duty/tax. Totally unexpected additional cost. Company being completely unhelpful and obstructive.”

“Quick processing and delivery (especially as I had them delivered to Australia). Very happy with my item. They are exactly as pictured on the website. Was sent photos prior to them being posted as a quality control mechanism.”

“I would give a rating of Excellent if I could. The knobs were beautiful and very well and individually wrapped. I asked for a particular deal with my order and this was quickly and very helpfully met. There was a problem with the delivery (not Trinca Ferro's fault) and this also was sorted out very promptly. Full marks.”
