“Overall pleased with the transaction. Upon delivery there were 4 items missing from my order. Submitting my concern via email resulted in a quick and efficient remedy. Initial delivery was very quick via UPS and the remedial order is likely to arrive early next week. I was in the gift shop in 2020 and hope to visit again. Dublin and Trinity should be proud of such a fine location.”

“Everything I ordered was great quality items and I was pleased with the way the T-shirts fit. However my coffee mug handle was broken through no fault of the gift shop. It was packed securely. The box was beaten up. I find the mail service at fault for this”

“Hello There, Blessed Folks at Trinity Bookshop! My review is definitely 5 stars! I kept trying to call from here in the states which was frustrating; however I found that was due to my phone service. Once I got in touch by email things went terrifically well with exceptional service from Samantha. (-; I did however enclose $16.?? extra, a fee for swift postal delivery but the package still didn't make it on time. My expectations may have been a little high and might not have been enough time. The Kells Mugs were so carefully packaged and they arrive in perfectly good shape. My dear brother and sister-in-law could not have been happier. (They may save them for the Jamison!) We all looked at the incredibly beautiful detail and color reproduction on the finely shaped mugs in great amazement. Thank you ever so kindly for your attention to detail in your customer service. “The Trinity Gift Shop has so many beautiful items. It was hard to find just the right ones to buy and add to my backpack when I was a visitor. So, I ordered items on-line to be shipped to me once I got home. Thank you to Raymond for keeping me updated on the progress of my order. The packaging was so well prepared; everything arrived in excellent condition.”

“My experience was dreadful- the substantial order was accepted and paid for, then we were advised that there would be a delay and then several days later we received an email to say a refund was been processed but no refund was received. We know the goods are in stock because we saw them in the shop. Very poor customer service”

“Simple process Ordered, paid through PayPal. It arrived within three days. It was a present for my wife. The look of joy on her face was priceless. It came beautifully presented . This is a copy, the original Book of Kells must be outstanding. Thank you.”
