My review is definitely 5 stars!
I kept trying to call from here in the states which was frustrating; however I found that was due to my phone service. Once I got in touch by email things went terrifically well with exceptional service from Samantha. (-; I did however enclose $16.?? extra, a fee for swift postal delivery but the package still didn't make it on time. My expectations may have been a little high and might not have been enough time.
The Kells Mugs were so carefully packaged and they arrive in perfectly good shape. My dear brother and sister-in-law could not have been happier. (They may save them for the Jamison!) We all looked at the incredibly beautiful detail and color reproduction on the finely shaped mugs in great amazement.

“Ordered an item from Gift Shop. Got a mail a few days later to say the item was on its way (tracking number and all was assigned) - nothing arrived, so after a few days, I contacted the shop. Got no response for 48 hours, then I got a mail to say the item is not available and the money was returned. No apology, nothing!!! Terrible service - won't be going back to this site again!”
