“The mini harp was meticulously delivered with no damage to the product at all. Great job with that. But, no tuner was sent along with the instrument as it was mentioned on the website. When I reported the same, tuner was sent separately later. Overall, a great product to gift someone as a musician myself..”

“Beautiful drinks coasters with magnificent depictions from the Book of Kells. I bought a set for a friend and another set for myself. They go perfectly with my recent purchase of the Book if Kells 4 Evangelists mugs which I also got from the Trinity Gift Shop. Delivery was very wuick and very well packed. Thank you.”

“I have several flat caps, but the Patrick Francis is light on my head and elegant for all occasions. In other words, it is a proper cap that I enjoy and I highly recommend. Trinity College has only the best products.”

“Three of my five items were damaged. I have sent three inquiries including an email with photos of the items and I never received any responses. I tried going through the Returns instructions for shipping the items back but the page only responds that I'm entering my own wrong address information. Therefore I couldn't even print out a return shipping label.”

“I had the grand fortune of it, visiting the book of Kells in person. Upon leaving, I did go to the gift store and bought the same scarf! When I got home, I gave it to a dear friend of mine who loved it. So I ordered another one! I got it so quickly I was totally surprised and impressed. I live in Minnesota. I felt like it got here really fast, because it did! Again, I love the scarf and had an amazing tour of the library. Thank you so much.”

“I’ve ordered twice from Trinity Gift Shop. Both times the products were very well packaged and shipping was remarkably fast. I had an issue with one item that came with slight damage, and within hours I was notified that a replacement was on its way. It arrived a few days later! Such incredible service and so many beautiful, high quality items! I cannot recommend them enough.”
