“I was sent 3 boxes of womens socks, which are absolutely awful!! Have been trying desperately To contact someone at store to return them, or at least get the correct mens socks sent to me..have sent letter to AnnMarie biffley to request assistance Please let me know who else I can contact to fix this!! “I ordered a tea tin and a magnet. They were shipped to me in the US quickly and were of excellent quality. I am very glad I ordered them after forgetting to buy my mom a souvenir while I was in Ireland. They are very pretty items.”

“Bit of a shambles - no confirmation email following purchase, so I wasn't sure if the order went through. Called the number on the site (a mobile number) and they couldn't find the order, until after a lot of searching. Since this was a click-and-collect order, I asked where the shop is located. Their answer: it's near the laboratory (which one?!) - the staff member didn't seem to know much about the campus and couldn't give any other reference points or landmarks. I eventually tracked the shop down by wandering around campus, asking staff members. Hint for other customers, it's in the Hamilton Institute, near the Westland Row side of the campus. Overall, the experience was par for the course when dealing with TCD administration.”
