“Bit of a shambles - no confirmation email following purchase, so I wasn't sure if the order went through. Called the number on the site (a mobile number) and they couldn't find the order, until after a lot of searching. Since this was a click-and-collect order, I asked where the shop is located. Their answer: it's near the laboratory (which one?!) - the staff member didn't seem to know much about the campus and couldn't give any other reference points or landmarks. I eventually tracked the shop down by wandering around campus, asking staff members. Hint for other customers, it's in the Hamilton Institute, near the Westland Row side of the campus.
Overall, the experience was par for the course when dealing with TCD administration.”
