“It says the belt was delivered I never received it I have some multiple emails no response and it is really disheartening because I have ordered from you guys before I never had this problem and now when I have a problem you won't get back to me yeah”

“Overall a very impressive trophy. The only reasons I have for not giving a 5 star review are as follows. For the price, I did not expect to have to assemble the trophy myself. I was at a rental and did have tools, and a socket and Allen wrench were required. When peeling the backing several of the plates got stuck together and one creased while pulling apart. I also didn't expect to only receive the number of name plates I had engraved. Why would you send 14 customized plates for a trophy that holds 19?
If this was $20 from temu, I'd understand, but this is a nice trophy that should at least come assembled.”
“When I ordered the trophy I checked with customer service to make sure that it was delivered by the date of the leagues’s award ceremony. I offered to pay for a faster shipping method if needed but was assured that they would let me know if delivery would not make the deadline. The trophy did not arrive in time and the league didn’t have anything to give the winner.”

“the quality of the ring is very nice and it looks very cool i am impressed with that. but i ordered 2 rings and only received 1. also the light up box for it was slightly damaged when i received it but i managed to fix it myself so its not that much of an issue.”
