“Very pleased with TrophySmack. I’ve gotten a fantasy football championship ring from them in the past, and it was about time to upgrade and buy a trophy for the league. The quality is solid, the design looks great, and it definitely adds some hype for the upcoming season. I’m really excited for this year’s fantasy football run.”
“I originally had an incorrect order which apparently I went over the character limit and it did not warn me of that. I just assumed that all the lettering would have shown up, but after getting through what seemed to be an AI assistant, I was able to get someone that quickly remade the trophy and sent it out which we received right before we left for our event. This is the second time that trophysmack has went above and beyond to provide great quality products for their customers. My first review was very bad, but they prove again how amazing your Customer Service really is.”
“Put the entire customization together online and had a slight concern with the order details before placing my order. Reached out to customer service and they got back to me within the same day or next almost immediately. They assured me that they will pass on the details of what I needed. I placed my order and the next day was given a preview to be sure that was what I was wanting and it was exactly that! Sent my confirmation and within just a couple days, it was already ready to ship and got to me about 3 - 4 days later. It's even better in person looking at the belts! The materials used are great quality! Perfect score 100/100 in my books for this company! Placing another order very soon! I took a leap of faith and put my trust into this company based on the reputation I've seen on social media to do the job well. And wouldn't you know, they went well past my expectations! Beyond amazing work! From customer service to product quality to manufacturing to shipping and delivery, it was easily one of the best experiences compared to other similar companies for sure!”
