“The banners were great, The bags they come in are great, the material the banners are made will last a long time out in the weather. We use them in emergency response to identify our facilities and we are very pleased”

“I ordered 3 large mesh vinyl banners, one intended to be used for parades. Very easy to upload the design/graphic I created, great communication, smooth transaction. They arrived as requested, with sewn edges and grommets. Would buy from again.”

“Good quality and quick turn around service. My only complaint is on the shipping end of it. $21 for ground service on a small 2lb package and it arrived a day later than it was supposed to.”

“We are extremely happy with our TRT banner. Our original artwork had an image that was fairly low resolution. Our representative at TRT brought it to our attention and we sent in an updated graphic. We're very pleased with the result--top quality banner and extremely easy to snap into place and roll back up. We will be a returning customer!”

“I have never had a vendor go so out of their way to make sure all was right. We ordered a replacement banner that was supposed to be able to be installed by us, but we could not make it happen and we missed a client deadline. It was a shame because the product looked great, but they reprinted, installed on a new frame, and delivered to us as a make good. Now that's customer service!”

“It looked even better in person. We purchased our banner and used the graphic designer option. We got a proof the same day and corrections were done just as quickly. Received it in a very timely manner. It was super easy to assemble and looks amazing. Great job!”

“Very impressed with final products and speed of delivery. Only thing I think they could improve on is the graphic design service, which I paid for, but the images I sent were not of the correct type. All I did on hearing this was use an online converter and presto, I had the correct format. But as graphic designers, I thought they would come across this fairly frequently, and it would have taken them just a few seconds to do the conversion without bouncing it back to me. This is constructive feedback and does not impact on my overall rating. I would definitely recommend TRT and use them again.”

“I've purchased both vinyl banners and banner stands and never been disappointed. The ordering process is quick and easy, with great turnaround time. The whole process is extremely professional, and TRT keeps me informed all the way through from submission to shipping: I always know where my order stands.”
