“I had never used a stand of this type, so had to e-mail for assistance! I love this banner I purchased, it is amazing! Customer Service was quick, and I found out I was just afraid to snap a piece into place, LOL But they were kind, considerate and efficient. The banner came out perfectly, colors and photos clean and sharp, hoping to order more very soon!”

The actual product is high-quality and my client is very pleased. . .the banners help him stand out from the crowd in trade shows. “Excellent Service! Our experience with TRT Banners has been outstanding. They are very responsive, and very professional. During our purchase I felt like they went out of their way to answer questions and accommodate our schedule needs. I would definitely recommend them! We just opened the banners and they are fantastic. They are an excellent quality, and we love that they are one piece (built into the stand) and so easy to put together. We will order from TRT in the future should the need arise.”

“It is clear that TRTBanners is a customer-oriented company that wishes to provide the highest quality products. When I had to contact customer service with questions before I made my purchase, a representative responded promptly. After ordering online and uploading my artwork, the 2 Retractable Tabletop Banners I ordered were in my hand 7 days later, which was 4 days before the predicted arrival date... And that was even over a holiday! The print quality is impeccable. The color is just as I expected and all images came out crisp and clear. The banner stand is sturdy and the retractable feature is very easy to use with minimal effort required to display it. I am so thrilled with my purchases and will return to TRTBanners in the future because of their great customer service, fair prices, and high-quality products.”
