“TRTBanners did a superb job on my company's display banner, but more importantly, Kristen DeRan, who was my sales contact, went over and above to assure that not only was the artwork file compatible, but that it would be done on time. Initially, I had sent the wrong file and most companies might have just not bothered to let me know that the integrity of the file would have produced a bad banner. Kristen contacted me immediately. I was able to connect my designer with her and they worked together to get the proof expedited. Kristen then let me know that the shipping option I chose might not get my banner to me in time. She helped me figure out the most economical, yet timely option and then made sure that production could get the banner completed in time for it to be shipped. After all of that, she emailed me to assure me that the banner would be produced and shipped on time. Which it was! The great thing is that I had someone recently ask me where I got my banner produced.
