“With a last minute order, TRTBanners pulled it off brilliantly! We had a formal event with a Hollywood theme, so having a backdrop at the red carpet was a huge hit! I am very impressed with this company and how quickly we got our product!”

“This company has great customer service. We were shipped part of our order incorrectly and received someone else pop ups, which is totally understandable because mistakes happen. I know within my own job mistakes and mispacks happen. They knew i needed it by the weekend and remade my pop ups and overnighted it to me. It was extremely great customer service and I would like to say thank you so much for getting them to me. We were able to us them for this weekends show. n happen, but how you handle it shows what a great company TRT Banners is.”

“TRTBanners did a superb job on my company's display banner, but more importantly, Kristen DeRan, who was my sales contact, went over and above to assure that not only was the artwork file compatible, but that it would be done on time. Initially, I had sent the wrong file and most companies might have just not bothered to let me know that the integrity of the file would have produced a bad banner. Kristen contacted me immediately. I was able to connect my designer with her and they worked together to get the proof expedited. Kristen then let me know that the shipping option I chose might not get my banner to me in time. She helped me figure out the most economical, yet timely option and then made sure that production could get the banner completed in time for it to be shipped. After all of that, she emailed me to assure me that the banner would be produced and shipped on time. Which it was! The great thing is that I had someone recently ask me where I got my banner produced. I considered it a pleasure to make a sincere referral for TRTBanners (it was helpful that you had an info sticker on the banner frame so she just took a photo of it).”

“So far, my experience with TRT Banners has been great. The customer service staff is very helpful at answering questions and providing data. I have one banner from TRT Banners that turned out very well. I've got an order in for two more. Can't wait to see how those turn out. The retractable banners are amazing! **Edit as of 1/3/2020 I have used the banners I ordered on a few occasions. Love how they turned out. I will continue to use TRT Banners for all my expo/work needs.”
