“The product itself is great. Looks great, is just what we needed - and at a good price. The only negative is that the bag it came with probably won't last long, in fact the very first time I put the banner back in the bag (in my office - not at an event, it hadn't traveled at all) it already had a tear in it. So overall I'll say 4/5. *EDIT: TRT sent me a new bag for the banner stand and said they are using the feedback about the bag in discussions with the bag manufacturer.
