“This is what they do. provide a lot of item with good an low price in the website but after you purchase it they never sent to you. all fake. There web sales are fake just want to get your information and then send you junk email.”

“I love the style of this brand and have ordered from them many times. I have only once received a product that needed returned (acrylic paint was chipped on a pair of shoes). Customer Service got back to me within two days and after very little back and forth about the issue I was able to send them back for a new pair. I will definitely continue to spend money on this label.”

“I sent an email about a return, no response, the phone lines has been busy for weeks. I brought 6 pair of jeans, 3 pair doesn't fit and I needed to return them, and I can't!!! This is my first time buying TR jeans, NEVER again. I'm going to call my credit card company to see if I can dispute this charge on my credit card. They wont respond to emails or calls but yet are still having sales online...which I have unsubscribed from the emails. Very disappointed!!”

“I would suggest that no one spends a dime with this company. Customer service is the worst right now. No excuse! Pandemic has nothing to do with the lack of customer service response. No replies to emails and the website isn't running properly. People waiting for over 3 weeks for either a reply or refund information. All other companies are up and running and at least replying to customers for the most part. No excuse!!!!”

“I placed an order 6/1/2020. Order canceled without reason. Refund never sent and no way to contact anyone. My refund is in limbo. Customer service is a joke noone responds to emails sent a month ago.”

“I purchased the TR logo jogger and cropped top@$84/$80 on 05/26/20 and on 06/19/20 got an email showing them reduced to $29.99 each. I tried calling but due to COV19 customer service is email only. So I emailed them 4 different time with no reply. I just wanted to be refunded/credited the difference. Amd in case your wondering... I thought about returning the $175 outfit and reodering the $70. Out of town not enjoying my vacation because I feel like I got robbed. I am no longer confident about ordering online from True Religion 😔”

“When I purchased my items I never knew there customer care center was closed not till after purchase then I have been sending messages about my items and when I will be receiving them sent many messages finally after a few days and telling them I am going to report them they keep sending different tracking numbers that do not exist I do not have my money spent over 200 nor my items you know that is such a shame were are all going through hards times and trying to survive this panademic we should be trying to unite as a country and help each other not try to scam a person what a shame to the name to such a good product I love my true religion cloths good quality but poor customer service you think they would want the sales to survive alot of company's are barely staying afloat through these hard times I did not think they would go as steal from their customers”

“True religion refund all my item they said it’s not available after 1 month of waiting for my delivery I tried to call customer service offcourse no one response almost 10 times because I bought it 50% when they have online sale when there price change this is scam marketing”

“I had absolutely no issues with my order. I ordered directly from the TR site. 3 pair of jeans that actually arrived 2days before expected delivery date. Order arrived UPS all 3 pair and appear to be great quality.”

“Call me lucky i guess, but I’ve never had a problem with ordering, shipping or quality. I have 11 pair of TR jeans. Just ordered 4 more from the website and they all arrived within 2 weeks (even during COVID). Jeans are great and from my experience so is the process of buying them.”

“I ordered a belt from true religion for about $100 and it was horrible quality. Fake $10 belts on amazon have higher quality, the metal feels like plastic, and the leather is a joke. I don’t recommend any of their products”

“True Religion shipped my 3 tshirts and 1 pair of Jean's by UPS with a 10 day delivery date, then handed off my package to USPS which has added another 10 days which means my 3 tshirts and 1 pair of Jean's is taking 3 weeks to deliver....no explanation from CS....totally unacceptable, maybe take a page from Amazon's delivery....this will be my last purchase from True Religion ever.....”

“I ordered a beautiful pair of $119.00 jeans and was sent a $39.00 pair instead. I sent the jeans back immediately and was quite upset about the mistake due to the obvious difference in price and the way the jeans I received looked, compared to the ones that I ordered. It has been at least 4 plus weeks since my return and I am still waiting for my money back. I phoned True Religion and verified that they received the wrong jeans back. Very disappointed. I should received a full refund when they received their product.”

“Customers stay away from this place because when you pay by cash or credit card they will give you store credit. They basically stole my money by giving me store credit when I had my receipt because they claim “the way their cashier rung up my items”. They lost a good customer. I am going too contact the BBB”

“Bought husband jeans he’s had many pairs always been good quality. This pair frayed after a few washes. Been on to the live chat since November 2019 to be refunded absolute ridiculous customer service. No one gets back to you when they say they will. They are Adamant they refunded me I have proof from PayPal and the lady stated no refund EVER received. Disgusting service I’m having to pester staff every week rude staff who are unhelpful and really couldn’t give a sh*t. So I’m out over £100 a ripped pair of jeans and being told to wait.”

“Your employee at Vacaville location was unfriendly and just rude. His name was Aron. I spent $387.06 . Didn't even get a thank you or a greeting when I entered the store. Will not shop at this location. I will drive to the Roseville location instead. At least they appreciate their customers!”

“Bought jeans..... wore them about 5 times and after washing in cold on gentle, I pulled them out of the wash with a 3" rip in the fabric. UMMM.... these jeans are expensive because they are supposed to be "quality denim" Well these now unwearable jeans held up less time them cheep kmart junk!”
