The worst shopping experience. They separated my order into two packages. One has been delivered, but the other has not. The tracking number showed error information. When I contacted them, they told me the package was returned because error address information. It was so strange since the address was totally the same. I asked for redelivery, but they told me the jeans had been sold. How could they resold a product without contacting me or issuing my refund? If I had not contacted them, they would have made double income for one product. Do not shop on TR website.

Absolutely shocking customer service probably the worst I've ever experienced! I don't usually leave negative reviews but on this occasion felt I had to. Seven days since placing my order and still not shipped but no communication stating there's going to be a delay. I appreciate it's a busy time but communication is key. They won't let me cancel until ten working days have passed. Truly terrible customer service. My advice would be DO NOT ORDER.

Terrible customer service! I placed a order for (2) pair of pants that were both listed as available and in stock. I even paid the extra $20.00 for premium 2-day shipping and the pants did not arrive. I contacted customer service and was told the pants were no longer in stock and I had to wait until more was available in the warehouse and then shipped to the store and then shipped to me (which made no sense). No time frame was ever provided or a tracking number. If the items were no longer available, it should have said that on the website and I could have easily selected something else. I will never buy from them again!!

Part of the order never shipped and returns not processed to refunds. Dreadful service for what advertises as a premium brand. Call after call, 'it has been escalated to the warehouse' hiding behind a call centre.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND CS EVER. I SENT MY ITEMS BACK. THEY ARE AT THEIR WAREHOUSE AND ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS. STILL HAVENT FOR MY MONEY. I HATE TRUE RELIGION.

This company is a joke. Ordered items on 27th November, called 4 times both via phone and online chat. Promised order would be escalated and I'd be advised of delivery. Absolutely nothing back at all. Discounted items never in stock, it's a conn and I will never give them my time again .

I ordered #4 items on Dec-4 And until this day no tracking has been provided. To my surprise I called today to be informed that it was delivered. I find this very hard to believe since I’m home do to a Spinal surgery and I have cameras on my property.I was hopping I could surprise my wife for Christmas and all they told me is to wait for a 7 day investigation🤷🏽‍♂️ Mind you Christmas is around the corner. I asked to speak w/a supervisor and no one is available to my surprise. This is sad I’m currently not working w/out pay and this store just Ruined my family’s Christmas. I will take my business elsewhere. Very very disappointed..

My service is the WORST . I payed for two tees and only received one . I called them and all they did was told me to wait . THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE I WANT TO GET WHAT I PAYED FOR . Now everytime I call they always tell me the same thing . Their not trustable at all

Ordered a item that was clearly available online. True Religion cancelled the order due to “low inventory” and I have yet to receive my refund. I have TRIED many attempts to get in touch with True Religion with no success. DO NOT SUPPORT this rip off of a company. The quality sucks for the price they charge anyways.

I wish I could score them a negative. Ordered an item online that was clearly available. A week later received an email item. Not in stock. This was October 25th it is now december 10th and I have yet to receive a refund!!! They store should be shut down!!! Awful awful company and clothes are not that good of an quality at all!

Worst Customer service ever and they send my clothes just in a box. With no wrapping no return label not professional at all. They sent me the wrong order and would not send me the item I ordered. They told me they will refund me in 3 weeks and it’s past Christmas date so I got to reorder again and wait for my money in 3 weeks. They sent one set and the other one just came with the hoodie and no matching pants. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE never again will I ever purchase anything from them They Suck

ZERO STARS!!!! As others have stated. I placed an online order Dec 3. Decided to check status today, Dec 7 and all items show unable to fulfill. Called CS to inquire about refund. Told I had to wait until Dec 13 so they could fulfill their processing and shipping time for items they can’t fulfill or ship to me. Then I asked to just cancel my order. Stated they couldn’t cancel because they may find the items in store or at an outlet. WTH??? You either have the items or you don’t. This is the first and last time I will order from them. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was then talked over, put on hold for ten minutes then told the supervisor would have to call me back in an hour, when they would no longer be open. When I pointed that out I was told oh well she can call you tomorrow. Janine was the rep and her customer service skills are garbage. I won’t apply to everyone there because that would be unfair. But I Vernon hope this is not the norm, although judging from other reviews it is. BUY IN STORE IF YOU REALLY WANT THIS BRAND BUT ANY OTHER BRAND INCLUDING FROM WALMART WOULD BE BETTER!

True religion are at best totally incompetent, at worst dishonest. They advertise items on their website, take your money and then later say not available. This is either appalling stock management, a way to increase cash flow or a way to get your details. This is very common , you only need to read other reviews to see this is common practice. The company went bust a few years back , if they continue to act like this they will lose trust from consumers again.

I ordered a Christmas present from here on Black Friday. A week later I still had no update or anything so I checked my order status and the order ‘unable to fulfil’ so I ask a lady on their live chat who was incredibly rude and to cut it short she said that it might be out of stock, wait for an email. It’s been over 10 days and I’ve had no email or anything. Completely shocked at this company. Should have read the reviews see as there are many similar ones. I would honestly buy this brand from somewhere else, not directly from their website.

Oh no. We ordered a few bits on Black Friday as the prices were real bargains. Have now received an email saying the order is 'unfulfilled' - I have called their customer services to double check whether payment was taken but couldn't understand what the lady was saying at all! The conclusion was I should just wait a few days and see if they can find stock of the garments I ordered. Why send the email in the first place? I'm quite scared now that it's a scam and I'm going to lose my hard earned cash.

Purchased 5 items received 4 out of 5 even though it said 5 items where delivered!! Called customer service numerous times all you get is a foreigner no supervisor is ever available to speak with and no help! I purchased for my daughter for Christmas! I will NEVER purchase again with them i never been treated this way before and i just keep getting same response they have to discuss with there warehouse and supervisor are in a meeting and one will call me shortly
