“True religion is a really good brand & i placed an order a couple days ago & didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email but i did get my package really soon after placing my order so i didn’t really mind that! but overall they got my order right & everything was so BEAUTIFUL!!! they also sent me 2 hats which i didn’t order so i was super exited for that & very grateful!!!! y’all are amazing!! LOVE TRUE RELIGION. on another note i don’t understand why y’all are bashing true religion…. i’m not sure why y’all are having different experiences.”

“I wish I could put a 0! You can't speak to anyone!!! and the text bots are a joke! email support seems as they can't read!!! or reply back on the same subject!. I guess this is the world we are living in. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!! PEOPLE SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE IT IS APPRECIATED!”

“Pathetic Customer Service. Try calling their Customer Service # 1 844 878 7546, looks like they have only 1 line on this number, which is always busy. You can return your online order at a store but you won't get a refund, instead they will ship it back to online shipping location. It's over a month after the return made at their store and still waiting on refund after over a month now.”

“I wish there something smaller then a 1 star this company is bad business, I ordered items a week ago and I have yet to receive any tracking info. Sent a message still no reply but they have my money. Found a number to text I keep getting “oof I didn’t get that, let’s try again . Just horrible, but I should have read the reviews before I made the purchase.”

“Why isnt there a ZERO STAR for you! FUTURE CUSTOMERS BE AWARE ! Never buying from you again EVER! you people dont have any customer service at all. I wonder if they even read these awful reviews about themselves and do anything to improve their service. TRUE RELIGION name and do you have any principles or morales?! I made an online purchase worth $617 two freakin months ago without reading the reviews to my stupidity! and no progress while tracking my shipment. They have stopped replying back now. I will never recommend anyone to buy from this brand.”

“I bought a $179 pair of jeans. The back flap button came off, I contacted True Religion for a replacement button and provided a picture of the jeans and the button. They will not replace the button without the receipt! I purchased the jeans over a year ago and don't knkw where the receipt is as I did not expect for the button to come off a pair of jeans that I $179 for..this is very poor customer service!!”

“I bought a pair of jeans from True Religion. I received it. Washed them and the stitching made buckling in my thigh area. I took pictures and was told that was normal by their customer service. No way I can wear them. T.R. sucks”

“I order 4 jeans for my boys on November and i never received the package, i been sending emails everyday to true religion and no body gets in contact with me. There is no phone where i can call them only the email. So im so disappointing with true religion that they haven't resolved my problem i couldn't give my boys a gift for Christmas because true religion didn't do nothing.”

“I went to return my jeans and had my receipt and tags for item I wanted a refund and the manager had the worst attitude along with his employees I will never buy any thing from this store. People don’t go to citadel outlet true religion customer service is bad there just there for a paycheck.”

“LUXURY PRICES WITH TRASH REPUTATION? Really horrendous service. I ordered online from the official website. It took them 2 WEEKS to process my order when the site says at most 5 days. Then, after emailing them, they keep closing my ticket without a response other than "it can take up to 5 business days." It's been 2 weeks. Never again, this company is doomed.”

“I placed a order then received the confirmation number and the tracking number saying they will let me know when my item will ship. Then 6 days later they say they don't have the item sorry. When it was ordered it was in stock. Im still waiting on a refund and its been a few days.”
