“HORRIBLE !!!! PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! Spend your money where customer service matters! They don’t even have a customer service number! What a truly disappointing experience! From the tracking of the package to an exchange. Every other business offers an extended holiday return but not TRUE RELIGION! We will not be purchasing anything from this company moving forward.”

“I have ordered jeans from True Religion UK website. Or at least it appeared to be, though when I received the order confirmation, suddenly prices were in US $, not in UK £. The goods arrived but did not fit, so I have been requesting instructions for a return. In the UK by law the seller is obliged to accept and refund returns. Having emailed customer services, I keep receiving unhelpful responses merely referring me to the website policy and stating that the enquiry is closed, repeatedly. I can only assume that the emails are handled by an algorithm rather than a real person. In the past, I had ordered from True Religion many times and returned some orders, no problem. It seems that their policies have changed, their international deliveries have changed, and their customer service has collapsed. I like their product, but I can now see why some reviews consider the company a scam, because that's how it feels, especially for a high-end product. Really weird and super disappointing about a company that a few years ago seemed to have high reputation. I will now be pursuing this via customer trade protection authorities.”

“I have never purchased here first time and paid for expedited shipping. My package was delayed via Fed ex. I contacted customer service via text. Their only fake source of contact. The person was cowardly rude, and inconsistent with my concern. Everyone i know will not order from here because ive alerted them of the unworthiness and hassle it took to view and rationalize my concerns. I did not hesitate to say i will never shop from True Religion again nor tell anyone i was helped properly. Bad customer service.”

“I have ordered from here before with no problems. Now I have place an order for Christmas and have yet to receive my purchase. Reached out to customer service via email and have yet to get a response. Will not do business with them ever again.”

“Love the brand, but the customer service suck. No live phone customer service. Just email which take too long for them to response. I order online, but return in store because it doesnt fit. You dont get refund at the store right away. They send your return back to the warehouse before you can get your refund. My problem is they haven't received the return item and it been 3 weeks. So I went back to the store and they cannot do anything but show me it was shipped. Make sure you get copy ot tracking and your receipt. Still waiting for my refund. Never will order again, too much hassle. Never order at true religion online, It's a headache and you might not get refunded for return merchandise. This is a expensive branded jeans with no phone customer service.”

“I ordered two shirts and a jacket. Both shirts were not in the package. I emailed “customer service” and a email came back saying that the staff was reviewing my email. I still haven’t received a response. So I guess I’m out of money. For the clothes to be at these prices, we should be able to talk to someone via phone. This will be my first and last time ordering. Such a scam!!!!!”

“VERY POOR customer service. I sent emails about my online return and NEVER got any type of response. There is no phone number to speak with anyone. I'm taking EVERYTHING to a store to return it all and will not do business with them again or allow my family to. I'm very disappointed in the way they do or shall I say do not handle business.”

“We bought a belt and after second use it broke in half .Good thing they refunded money. Then we bought two sweater hoodys the black one was so thin matetial was see threw when held up flimsy thin for hoody and the price doesnt match quality at all. Walmart are thicker!!”

“I wish I had look at these reviews before making a purchase. I have placed many orders throughout the years and have and spent a lot of money on these jeans. These are my favorite jeans and own several pair and have had some for well over 5 years and wear often. I don’t mind spending close to $200 a pair because I believe they are made well and look great. But with my last purchase about six months ago of $500 for three pairs to include two of my favorite Joey flare I was so disappointed and surprised that after only a few times of wearing them the area by the pocket ripped with all three pair. I contacted the online store and explained my situation along with pictures. They responded with a 20% refund and a 20% coupon for another purchase. I’m not sure what’s going on with quality control. I’ll never make another purchase from the online store again or in store until they get the product up to standards especially with the cost of these jeans..”

“Unable to cancel orders immediately Unable to talk to an agent over the phone. Noticed immediately after I submitted the order that the address was incorrect, no option for cancel or request a cancel. Reached out via email and text and agent was unable to assist. Called FedEx and they informed me they can help but needed to hear from the sender, informed the agent and they continued to say no and ended the chat abruptly and rude! Will never purchase from them again and will continue to spread word of this bad experience.”

“This company is a nightmare to deal with. I ordered something a day ago which hasn't been received and price has gone down. Customer service won't give me the new sale price. To make matters worse, one of the jeans doesn't fit and we're not sure how to return the item as we can't get in touch with customer service.”

“Placed many orders over the past year totaling thousands and have to say the quality is lacking. Not sure why they get good reviews except for maybe that they’re stretchy and can stretch to fit most body types. The stitchings are crooked, back pockets uneven and I recently returned items from a $600 order and they didn’t refund me for all of the items I sent back. Customer service is EMAIL ONLY and they do not respond in a timely manner and when they do it’s an auto generated message not responding to anything I wrote in my message. There are many other better brands out there from reputable retailers I recommend staying away from this one or buying their items at a chain department store such as macys where you can return and track your shipments properly. They do not give you a return label anymore (even when they did, they deducted the cost from your refund) but it’s still makes it easier to be able to print a return label and get their shipping price as opposed to having to make my own label and pay $30 return shipping at ups out of pocket only to not get my full refund as they didn’t refund me for all the items I returned. Lost a lot of money ordering from here and won’t be doing it again.”

“I only wished I had read the reviews before ordering but I too must let others know that this company is a scam. I order $220.00 in items and they shipped my items to a n address that was not mines; sent picture of a package sitting at a door which wasn’t my home. I tried to explain this to them and get them to resend to correct address but got no response. You can’t speak to anyone; only email communication. I got scammed and I’m out of $220.00.”
