“Trustpilot Is a Complete Scam Platform Trustpilot has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a business owner. They let anonymous users post fake reviews with zero verification, and when you flag them, nothing happens. You just get automated emails and a copy-paste response while the damage to your brand remains. The entire system is built to squeeze money from businesses. They offer overpriced plans that promise “support,” but even paying customers are ignored. Meanwhile, they’re happy to leave up false, abusive reviews from people who were never even customers. To make things worse, Trustpilot clearly boosts their own reputation by posting fake five-star reviews on their own company page. If they didn’t manipulate it, they’d be rated one star like they should be. This is not a neutral platform. It’s a for-profit scam that punishes real businesses and rewards trolls. Stay far away.”
