I am here to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my experience on Trustpilot. My submitted review for prepaidify.com, reflecting my authentic and negative encounter with the company, was unexpectedly removed. Your Content Integrity Team cited an inability to verify its authenticity as the reason for its removal. Responding promptly to your request, I supplied the required documentation, including the order confirmation and proof of payment, to substantiate the legitimacy of my review. Despite these efforts, my review remains deleted, prompting me to question the transparency of Trustpilot's content moderation process. In a subsequent communication, I expressed my concern that Trustpilot might be collaborating with prepaidify.com to suppress unfavorable reviews. While I acknowledge the importance of upholding platform credibility, the lack of transparency in the decision-making process raises significant doubts about Trustpilot's commitment to unbiased reviews. I kindly request a reconsideration of your decision and the reinstatement of my review. It is disheartening to consider that Trustpilot, a platform founded on the principles of transparent consumer feedback, might compromise these ideals. If, after providing the requested documentation, my review still fails to meet your standards, it raises serious questions about the fairness and efficacy of your review verification process. This experience has genuinely disappointed me, as I expected a higher standard from a platform dedicated to fostering transparency and trust. I sincerely hope you give due consideration to my concerns and address them promptly.

Absolutely ridiculous, they keep deleting positive reviews on my business with no justification, there is no one to contact and this is the only place where someone can actually say something about them

This company also deleted my negative review on a so called company modelsportrc .it .I have proofs from the bank Aidexa that modelsportrc.it received the money 700euro.Never send me the rc model claimed that didnt received the money and still the modelsportrc.it scams people around the world. But TrustPilot is covering them up by deleting negative reviews so new customers don't realize that will get scammed.I send them proofs but obviously Trustpilot doesn't care if their client is a scammer because they get paid by them...

They removed my review today with regard to a dreadful company called Medino who require you as a customer to be assessed then in their officiousness dump you with their blasse attitude Trustpilot accused me of not providing sufficient evidence of the issues involved medino.com recently flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. They deleted a review of mine for no reason. They are basically a protection racket. If companies pay them they get a higher review average.

I posted a review about a well know energy supplier, which was based on my actual experience. It may no reference to any individuals, promotion, or exaggerations. Last month Trustpilot suppressed my review claiming it had "been flagged and removed by our automated software for having promotional references or suspicious review patterns." I contacted them to dispute this and they ignored my multiple email. Its quite clear Trustpilot are working with businesses to keep these poorly performing businesses review score high to the detriment of consumers.

Trust Pilot will hold fake reviews and even when shown proof of the fake reviews they will still keep them, also reviews that are pure heat speech and racist comments even after flagging will be left there. This is just making the TrustPilot a platform of fake reviews and any one who pays to a comapny in India can boost there company profile for as little as £50 compeared to Trust Pilot Subscription £250 a month, the choise is obveouse if Trust pilot will not monitore any reviews the option is fake reviews to boost the SEO and company awarenes, and to hide the bad reviews this can be done by just multiple good reviews I have seen this for the competitors company where in a week they have gained 100 new 5 star reviews and that's ok with Trust Pilot so there is nothing to lose only better SEO if fake reviewing your own company even though I think this is demotivating any one who is actually doing genuine work! TrustPilot Business model has 0 Quality Control and anyone can add 5 Starts to their own business and leave 1 starts to competitors and damage there reputation. Here are Attached a Screenshots.

Every time I'm writing a bad review, the owner of the product report the review to make it deleted and I've to give plenty of evidences to trust pilot. This is very harassing and make the reviews on trust pilot biased with artificial good reviews. Last time I had to give few evidences. What a hell?

For no apparent reason they took down my negative review. It was flagged so they say because I simply reported a company’s mishandling of my order. No inflammatory comments were made just a straight forward reporting. Many of their own reviews are complaining about the same thing and all are agreeing with the fact that they are working not for the consumer but for merchants. L Young

Absolutely disgusting wrote a review about a terrible experience I had with a company on there as at the time I was naive enough to think that’s what people done the company was a solicitor firm called wainwrightcummings just in case anyone has the misfortune of thinking of using them but either way cut a long story short and a terrible absolutely terrible experience with them wrote a review trustpilot asked for proof said they would remove it if not after some back and forth between them and I I gave them the documentation they said my review would then be verified and then to my surprise removed my review said it was fraudulent after literally confirming it was not complete fraud of a company clearly if the business at hand pays for their services then you can’t write a genuine review about them do not trust them

It's not right that they pester you for your personal details to be attached to a review and then threaten to remove your review if you don't provide this. Not everyone is comfortable with handing over personal identifiable information to the person you may be negatively reviewing so with this in mind trustpilot is not a true representation of what people really think about businesses etc and is likely providing a biased perspective of what a company/business is really like. Change your name to NoTrustpilot

Untrustworthy truspilot! No one can leave any negative review about anything anymore on this stupid corrupted site! Should be shut down. I posted a genuine review about work experience in phone repair company Ingram Micro, located in Norwich, UK, and they removed it saying "it's fabricated"! Well here goes the review for everyone to read and judge yourself, if something like this can be "fabricated". lol "Customers should be aware that this company treat their employees terribly, the place feels like a real prison, with metal detectors and security gates everywhere, workers aren't allowed to have their own phone with them throughout the day, or anything in fact, everything needs to be left in lockers ( which aren't exactly safe!) ! You even aren't allowed to chew chewing gum at work station. Ha, time back at school comes in mind! The security gates tend to go off for no reason, and then the security guards treat you like criminal and check you with a metal detector wand and give orders like " Turn around", without saying please! Lots of eastern European workers there. Not to mention the management couldn't get both my name and surname spelt correctly and then refusing to correct saying I quote " Well it's close anyway"! Also, the Polish recruiter from from Morson group, which recruits for Ingram, when giving uniform decided that size M will be good for me. I objected and said I need XL ( I am 6ft tall woman and that's the size I am wearing all my adult life! ), to which he replied- "XL is for men" and refused to give me my size! In which universe is it like that, huh? Beggars belief and never heard something so stupid! I couldn't fit into size M, only then I was given XL! I WALKED OUT ON MY 1ST DAY THERE, NEVER TO RETURN!!!! If you want to ruin your mental health, then this is a place for you! Absolutely revolting, disgusting and depressing place! P.S I burnt all the 5 pieces of uniform I got to keep!"

Dear Karina, I am writing to express my deep-seated concerns about Trustpilot’s verification process, or rather the lack thereof, which poses serious reputational risks for businesses like AstroAgency UK. The current system permits any individual to create a business page and post reviews, without any substantial verification of their relationship with said business. This lax approach is antithetical to the core principle of ‘trust’ that your platform ostensibly aims to uphold. The absence of stringent verification measures makes Trustpilot a fertile ground for targeted harassment, false reviews, and reputational sabotage. This raises not only ethical questions but also exposes businesses to undue risks, thereby undermining the credibility of Trustpilot itself as a reliable review platform. I implore you to treat this matter with the gravity it deserves. Given the severity of the situation and its potential legal implications, I request that this issue be escalated to senior management for immediate attention and resolution. Your prompt action is not merely an expectation but an imperative. Failure to adequately address these issues will compel us to explore alternative remedies, including legal avenues. I await your urgent response. Sincerely,

Shocking company. Allows fake or outrageous claims from "customers" to force a company to refund them in return for removing their reviews. And as a company owner the only way to deal with these is to pay an extortionate monthly amount to own the page and flag suspicious reviews (which they then leave anyway). This is a sham company forcing companies to subscribe to their service and allows anyone to write anything they like. We even have a live review personally insulting a picture of one of our employees on our website and even then Trustpilot won't remove it - it should be illegal!
