“Trustpilot is an untrustworthy company . They only allow negative reviews to be posted , have repeatedly refused to allow genuine customers from leaving 5* reviews but constantly allow negative feedback from fake reviewers or inaccurate events which occurred … there customer service is a joke… and also allow harassment and bullying to take place via there platform …. Have asked repeatedly for the comlany to disassociate us from there platform because we do not believe they have any integrity at all which they have refused to do… Trustpilot cannot be trusted they are merely a untrusted source for reviews and a shameful company … DO NOT USE THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY & CANNOT BE TRUSTED”

“Put up a bad review about Battleye anti cheat, made the review constructive mentioning the most problems that plague the games its implemented in, they deleted the review cause they couldn't "validate" the issues, I sent them several video proof of the issues, but they told me they do not take video files as valid proof”

“I wish I could leave a minus 10 (-10) score. Utterly unfair and unfeeling. Refusing to respond to emails. Refusing to allow the right of reply (tiny non profit organisation with no spare funds) to false and defamatory reviews. Refusing to consider and remove false reviews. Cannot have anything removed even though we want no part of Trustpilot. Masquerading as a pro customer supportive community services in reality simply a despicable bullying money making operation. Totally being held hostage by Trustpilot.”

“THE PEOPLE THAT RUN TRUSTPILOT ARE VERY IMMATURE AND A THEY ARE A GANG OF UNGODLY EVIL HEATHENS! There are a lot of people, including myself, that have been barred from using trustpilot. It is simply an abuse of power. Don't worry, GOD is aware of these evil bar stewards, and the culprits are being severely punished. These nasty individuals have become ugly, mean and stupid. Every time they look in the mirror they will be haunted by their own reflection. AMEN!”

“Trustpilot is a dishonest company that employs harsh strategies towards merchants. They lure merchants in and then pressure them into subscribing to their plans with exorbitant fees. If a merchant isn't subscribed and receives occasional negative reviews, Trustpilot manipulates the rankings through manual intervention, pushing those negative reviews to the top to deliberately harm the merchant's reputation. Once a merchant subscribes, their software employs various tactics to help the merchant remove negative reviews, crafting a more favourable image for the merchant in the eyes of consumers.”

“Trustpilot is censoring my reviews. Per there guide lines it eats I can review a company every 24 hours. Then they say has to be new event. They are trying to protect us car ship and trucking and taken down some reviews now. I follow the guidelines every 24 hours. I talk with with us car ship and trucking every day so there is a new event every day. So why would you censor any new events. I have provided documentation of what they asked. Put some back up. But now it’s censorship. So my question is who do you work for the trucking companies or the people being taken advantage of. Either you want true reviews or you choose to protect the unethical practices of this trucking company So per your guidelines every 24 hours and every new experience. Plus I have documentation of all of it. R Dean”

“Again. All my reviews are removed even though I provided the receipts and pictures. Trustpilot sucks it can’t be trusted at all. They obviously work for certain businesses, if you write something bad about them then trustpilot suspended/blocked your account and all your reviews are wiped. RIDICULOUS”

“if you are a business, stay away from ever getting this service. They will lower your score if you don't get reviews, even if you have all 5 stars reviews, if they are old they bring it to 3 to coerce into buying their "premium" service. Trying to fight fake reviews it's useless and once you get a review there it will ruin your reputation, stick to Google reviews, no reason to use 3rd party. I left a bad review on TrustPilot and they removed my review because they said it's "fake" so they don't even accept bad reviews for themselves, these people are unbelievable, stay away!”
