“I have used trust pilot to review businesses and for my own business and prefer it to other review sites. Good reviews good or bad are published and accessible to everyone.”
“Way better platform than reviews.io. I was a customer of Reviews.io and I can tell you the difference is huge. What got me to leave and go to Trustpilot was Reviews.io trashing any review platform I mentioned but Trustpilot didn't do that, that showed me who I should be with and what business can stand on their brand alone. Reviews.io just copy others. Pretty sad really.”

“Scottish boiler care carried out update of new boiler 10th April, they were prompt, professional, very competent, and I am extremely grateful to them. They had to uproot carpets and kitchen flooring to lay new wider pipes along with new boiler, I found them efficient, speedy and very courteous and I cannot praise them enough for their service”
“My husband and I were looking for two mirrors at the Leekes Llantrisant store we saw exactly what we were looking for on display in the sale when we approached an assistant named Julie she offered to check the computer for further stock fortunately there was another one so she went to look in the store room she came back with it she and another assistant Emily wrapped the mirrors in bubble wrap and carried them to the till and even helped us carry them to the car unbeknown to us neither assistant worked on that department and even worked 25 minutes over their shift to help us with our purchases they were very happy and friendly and a credit to this store thank you”

I have tried for 2 months to get through to utilita to discuss my account and billing etc. Everytime it was a 2 hour wait and then get through to someone who did not have a clue what to do or have any reasonable answer. Today I got through to Chloe in the complaints department and by that time I was furious. This lady deserves a promotion. She handled my enquiry. Gave me all my answers that i had been wanting for 2 months in 30 seconds and was just a nice genuine person. She helped me so much and I had to wrote this to show my appreciation. Great job Chloe. Wish more advisors were like this lady.”
“i trust them because they always tell the truth i had a problem with British Gas and they wouldn't put my review on Trustpilot until i gave them prove of my complaint which i had because British Gas sent me a letter for a contract that i never took out with them and i sent them a copy from my laptop and when they had proof of what i was saying the put my Review about my complaint about them back on Trustpilot so in my eyes they are a very honest trustworthy site to put good honest Reviews on and cant thank them enough for being so honest and in the past i have posted loads of comments without a problem .”
