“I called the shop (Identity Merino Mall)1501 earlier today to find out about the product i needed to purchace, Unfortunately I couldn't get hold of the shops phone line. Luckily I managed to get the store supervisors contact (Welter Masingi) details and quickly called him. The guy was off duty at home but the moment i told him that i have been struggling to get hold of the shop he immediately stopped whatever he was doing to kindly help me. He Asked what it was that i was seeking to buy, unfortunately for me the item was out of stock on their shop then He called the other shop to find out if they got it. Im really happy and greatful for the Service i got from Welter Masingi, He's been really professional at his job and to think that he went all out to help me even though getting help from a shop that isn't even his.Big up Welter you are a 🌟”

“Had a great experience at Truworths Phillipi. The staff was the brand of the company. My wife and I was welcomed like royalty. They new how to deal with clients. All smiles and warmth the whole time. Then we went to Truworths Promenade. The staff had mother's meeting. They refused to assist us. When we ask for help they avoid us. Never again to Promanade.
We left without buying anything even though my wife needed the suit. Philipi only had one and the staff wanted to move mountains for my wife to get the second suit. What made the experience evens more pleasant at Philipi. They called my wife by her name when we stepped in as they kept the suit for her on request.”

Phumzile and her staff and manager are the most fantastic sales staff with remarkable service with so much of RESPECT for their customers. There was never a day I was refused help they have always assistance me in all in every way.
I have been to plenty of Branch, BUT Greenstone mall Truworths gives me an excellent service and I won't shop anywhere else.

I have to attend a wedding on Saturday the 15th and I am based in Johannesburg. Found the dress that i wanted to wear but my size was sold out. Check on the internet if there is any in stock near malamulele or Thohoyandou. Found 1 in mvusuludzo.
Contacted spoke to Mavis and she assisted me. Spoke to her and explained my situation. And she assisted me and arranged that i can come on Wednesday but got to limpopo late on Wednesday. Called her again and made arrangement for me to be at truworths mvusuludzo in Thohoyandou Thursday morning. Went there today and I got my dress.
