I went to buy my old lady a coat, which she did not know what kind of a coat she wanted, I left her with Thato, after I tried to convince her with few coats but never won. They opened at 09:00 and a salesman by the name of Leon assisted me with all the options within seconds. He went beyond this and offered to steam my new shirt as it was slightly wrinkled.
