“After repeated requests and attempts, I have not received confirmation of my subscription being cancelled. This is a complete trap to keep charging you. THEY DO NOT HAVE AUTHORITY TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN. They do not allow you to cancel from your account page, and direct you to and email address that WILL NOT REPLY.”
“I keep getting shipments. 3 already. I am not signed up for a subscription and no one is responding to emails asking why I have 3 packages. No response but apparently an email to do this review?? Sure. You get 1 star”
“Such a ripoff. The gel blistered my lips, the LED device quit working before I got through the 3 week trial. That LED device is a gimmick that doesn't make a bit of a difference in the efficacy of the product. If I could give zero stars, that's what it deserves, but they do have a good return policy, and I received my refund within 48 hours. Customer service was of no help, and after 4 emails to them, I gave up and used the return link on the home page.”
“The light gave me blisters in my mouth. I DID NOT go over the recommended time. I also have not noticed any color or brightness change? At all. After the blisters I’ve done half of the recommended time. Zero result”

“Another site using a creative return process. This company does not trust their clients, or truly believe in their product. Shady return policies are associated with shady vendors…. I am just saying if you believe in your product, make it easy to return a purchase. The cost of doing business is not to be passed on to consumers . I gave up on returning my purchase, gave it as a gift.”
“My gums were destroyed turned completely white then swelled up between my teeth. Only used product twice. When I messaged snow was told gargle with salt water. My gums are now tearing off and bleeding dentist can’t do anything because I am pregnant”
